油水分离布又称油水分离过滤布，应用于油水分离处理领域，能快速有效分离油水混合物；目前在海洋原油泄漏处理、工业油水分离处理方面，要求油水分离布具有超疏水超亲油性能，进口油水分离布产品的价格及其不菲。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种油水分离布，其设计合理，工作性能好。
本实用新型的技术方案为：油水分离布，包括无纺布布层，所述布层的表面设有金属纳米抗菌层。
所述无纺布由超吸水纤维和涤纶混合组成制得。
所述金属纳米抗菌层为银纳米抗菌层；所述银纳米抗菌层的厚度50-80nm；作为优选的，所述银纳米抗菌层的厚度60nm 。
本实用提供的油水分离布，具有超疏水超亲油性能，能快速有效分离油水混合物；金属纳米抗菌层使得油水分离布具有良好的抗菌性能。
