技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种纸杯/纸碗机用的杯底的卷边装置，尤其是涉及一种滚轮式卷底装置。
背景技术
纸杯/纸碗机用的传统卷底装置，一种是通过底部的沟槽对纸张进行挤压后卷曲成型，成型时对纸张的压力非常大，容易造成褶皱等底部成型缺陷；另一种是采用弧面刀片式卷底，它虽能有效解决卷底压力过大产生褶皱的问题，但是刀片在旋转过程中容易对纸片造成损伤，特别是双面淋膜的纸张会破坏外层淋膜。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种滚轮式卷边装置。
本实用新型解决的是现有传统卷底装置容易造成褶皱等底部成型缺陷或者容易对纸片造成损伤的问题。
本实用新型解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种滚轮式卷边装置，包括底座和卷底装置，所述的底座上分布有容置槽，各容置槽呈辐射状分布，在容置槽内设有卷底装置，所述的卷底装置包括滚轮座和滚轮，滚轮座中间设有滚轮安装凹口，滚轮安装凹口设有销轴，所述的滚轮套于销轴上，销轴的外端由螺母固定；所述的滚轮上设有一圈弧形凹槽。
所述的滚轮凸出于滚轮座的上部。所述的底座上设有四个容置槽且呈等角度辐射状分布，每个容置槽内安装一个卷底装置。
   本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型的滚轮式卷底装置，用带凹槽的滚轮代替弧面刀片，即可避免刮伤纸张，又减小对杯身纸的压力，使卷底更美观，成型效果好。

 如图所示：一种滚轮式卷边装置，包括底座8和卷底装置6，所述的底座8上分布有容置槽7，各容置槽呈辐射状分布.在容置槽内设有卷底装置6.所述的卷底装置6包括滚轮座2和滚轮3，滚轮座2中间设有滚轮安装凹口，滚轮安装凹口设有销轴5，所述的滚轮3套于销轴5上，销轴5的外端由螺母1固定；所述的滚轮3上设有一圈弧形凹槽4。
所述的滚轮3凸出于滚轮座2的上部。所述的底座8上设有四个容置槽且呈等角度辐射状分布，每个容置槽内安装一个卷底装置。
    本实用新型的特点是：滚轮绕销轴转动，底座转动的同时，带动其上的滚轮一起转动，使杯底的纸张沿着滚轮的凹槽均匀的向内卷曲，最后成型。
