实现本实用新型目的的技术方案是,一种带式挤压脱水机,包括挤压辊,其特征在于:所述挤压辊的结构是,辊体由多个截面为扇形的柔性块体组成,所述扇形的柔性块体的内弧形面上设有与挤压辊轴周面上的截面为T字型滑块相配的槽,所述扇形的柔性块体是由弹性材料制成。
本实用新型与现有技术比较具有脱水效率高和物料干度大的显著优点。

具体实施方式:
为了提高现有带式挤压脱水机的脱水效率,经过对现有带式挤压机挤压辊的分析和实验,将挤压辊7、8的辊体由刚性改为柔性材料,其结构是,挤压辊的轴为管式刚性的管轴,此轴的周面上均布有T字型滑块,截面为扇形的柔性挤压块的内表面上设有与所述管轴周面上的T字型滑块相配的槽,此柔性的挤压块由弹性材料制作,如橡胶、塑料等。对进料箱1、上下网带3、2,涨紧辊4、调偏辊5、导向辊6、出料辊9不改动。
本实用新型的挤压工作原理:物料由进料箱1落在下滤带2上,顺下滤带2的运动方向进入上、下柔性挤压辊7、8之间的上、下滤带3、2之间,此时,上、下柔性挤压辊受力后变形为平面,物料在此挤压的平面之间的挤压脱水时间长,因而脱水效果好,挤出的物料干度高。
