本实用新型涉及一种新型电饭锅内胆，属于家用电器制造业。
背景技术
目前，电饭锅内胆一般为锅体拉伸加工而成，由于铝质板材刚性差致使电饭锅内胆在日常使用中容易因碰撞面变形，从而影响热效率和使用寿命。现有技术中为了克服铝质板材刚性差的缺点，采用在底部复合一层或多层其他金属材料，但这些复合材料金属容易氧化，缩短了电饭锅的使用寿命，而且内胆热传导性较差，且不均匀。
发明内容
本实用新型目的是克服现有技术的不足，提供一种一锅二用、热传导性好、传热均匀、不易变形、加工简单且使用寿命长的新型电饭锅内胆。
本实用新型一种新型电饭锅内胆，包括内胆本体，内胆本体是上端开口的圆柱体。所述的内胆本体上端开口边缘设置成卷口结构；所述内胆本体内侧壁上离内胆本体底面4～6cm处设置有一个环形凸缘，在这环形凸缘上活动放置有一个蒸盘，蒸盘的外径与其相应内胆本体的内径相适应；所述内胆底部外侧与发热盘接触面设置有凹点和凹条。
所述的凹条由内胆本体中心指向边缘的放射状均匀排列。
本实用新型的有益效果：1、简单的内胆本体上端卷口和内胆本体的凸环结构，实现了本实用新型产品外观的改善，并且加强了产品的硬度和实现了一锅二用；2、内胆本体底部表面的凹点和凹条设计，增大和均匀了热传导的效能。

在图中：内胆本体1 卷口结构2 环形凸缘3 蒸盘4 凹点5 凹条6
如图1、2所示的电饭锅内胆本体1为一上端开口的圆柱体，所述电饭锅内胆本体1上端开口的金属边缘设计成向外侧翻卷的卷口结构2，这样的卷口不但改善了产品的外观，更主要的增强了产品的强度。
所述内胆本体1内壁离内胆底部4～6cm处设置有一条环形凸缘3，在这环形凸缘3上活动放置一个蒸盘4，蒸盘4的直径与内胆本体1内径相适应，蒸盘4设置有多个蒸气孔，这样产品同时可以煮饭和蒸食品，实现一锅二用；另外环形凸缘3增强了产品的强度。
所述内胆底部与电饭锅发热盘接触外侧面均匀设置有多个凹点5和凹条6，这些凹5点和凹条6使得电饭锅的热传导效能更高；所述凹条6由内胆底部中心点向边缘的方向放射状排列，这样使得内胆受热更均匀。

1.一种新型电饭锅内胆，包括内胆本体(1)，内胆本体(1)是上端开口的圆柱体，其特征在于，所述在内胆本体(1)上端开口边缘设置为卷口状的结构(2)；所述内胆本体(1)的内侧壁上离内胆本体(1)底面4～6cm处设置有一个环形凸缘(3)，在这环形凸缘上活动放置有一蒸盘(4)，蒸盘(4)的外径与其相对应的内胆壁内径相适应；所述内胆本体(1)底部外侧与发热盘接触面均匀设置有凹点(5)和凹条(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型电饭锅内胆，其特征在于所述凹条(6)设置成由底部中心指向内胆本体(1)边缘方向放射状均匀排列。
