本实用新型公开了一种新型户外电缆分支箱顶盖结构，分支箱顶盖固定在箱体的顶部，其前后侧下倾且具有垂直向下的折边，钣金弯角件的内侧固定在箱体顶部的边沿处，其外侧上倾且位于分支箱顶盖内，致密铁丝网水平设置，其外侧通过螺栓固定在分支箱顶盖折边的下端，其内侧通过螺栓固定在箱体顶部的边沿处。该结构简单，设计巧妙，固定方便，在保证分支箱能达到散热效果的同时，又起到防水防虫且不影响箱体通风的效果。

本实用新型涉及一种电缆分支箱顶盖结构。
背景技术
目前的户外电缆分支箱，顶盖只是由完整的板材和箱体焊接而成，设计人员在设计时一为的只提高防护等级，而把柜体设计为全封闭式，所以顶盖不具有散热功能，电缆分支箱内元器件无法起到良好的散热效果，对内部元件的安全可靠运行造成了很大的隐患。一种既能满足防护等级的要求，又能达到散热目的的设计结构成为目前迫切需要解决的问题。
发明内容
为解决现有技术存在的上述问题，本实用新型的提供了一种新型户外电缆分支箱顶盖结构，其所采取的技术方案为：
该结构包括分支箱顶盖、钣金弯角件和致密铁丝网，分支箱顶盖固定在箱体的顶部，其前后侧下倾且具有垂直向下的折边，钣金弯角件的内侧固定在箱体顶部的边沿处，其外侧上倾且位于分支箱顶盖内，致密铁丝网水平设置，其外侧通过螺栓固定在分支箱顶盖折边的下端，其内侧通过螺栓固定在箱体顶部的边沿处。
该结构简单，设计巧妙，固定方便，在保证分支箱能达到散热效果的同时，又起到防水防虫且不影响箱体通风的效果。此种顶盖结构可以做到防水等级为4级，防止飞溅的水侵入，防止各方向飞溅而来的水侵入，完全能满足国标要求。

如图1和图2所示，分支箱顶盖1固定在箱体4的顶部，其前后侧下倾且具有垂直向下的折边，钣金弯角件2的内侧固定在箱体4顶部的边沿处，其外侧上倾且位于分支箱顶盖1内，致密铁丝网3水平设置，其外侧通过螺栓固定在分支箱顶盖1折边的下端，其内侧通过螺栓固定在箱体4顶部的边沿处。

1.一种新型户外电缆分支箱顶盖结构，包括分支箱顶盖（1）、钣金弯角件（2）和致密铁丝网（3），其特征在于：分支箱顶盖（1）固定在箱体（4）的顶部，其前后侧下倾且具有垂直向下的折边，钣金弯角件（2）的内侧固定在箱体（4）顶部的边沿处，其外侧上倾且位于分支箱顶盖（1）内，致密铁丝网（3）水平设置，其外侧通过螺栓固定在分支箱顶盖（1）折边的下端，其内侧通过螺栓固定在箱体（4）顶部的边沿处。
