本实用新型涉及电气技术领域,特别涉及一种活动式盖板。 
背景技术
随着工业生产的多样化,电气柜的操作系统所处的环境也有很大的不同,特别是在一些涂装生产车间及纺纱设备等粉尘较大的车间,对电气操作台的内部电气的密封性提出了更高的要求,目前,全国各地由于车间粉尘进入电气柜内部导致的电气线路短路引发的电气火灾事故频频发生,究其原因还是电气柜的密封性不能得到保证,因此对于环境比较恶劣的车间内的设备,其电气操作部分一定要有有效的防护设施。 
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的缺陷,本实用新型提供以下技术方案: 
一种活动式盖板,包括一面板,设于电器控制柜的柜体后侧板上,面板通过两个暗铰链与柜体后侧板连接,柜体后侧板设有上螺孔和下螺孔,面板上设有与上下螺孔相配合的通孔,面板边框的四周设有一圈密封发泡海绵。 
本实用新型所带来的有益效果是:将活动式盖板与电气控制柜合二为一,操作方便,对电气柜外部的粉尘起到有效的防护作用,适用于车间环境较差的电气柜上的防护设施。

下面结合附图对本实用新型的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本实用新型的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本实用新型的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。 
如图1所示的一种活动式盖板,用于电气控制柜柜体上开关或插座的盖板,包括一面板4,面板4安装在电气控制柜体后侧板1上,面板4与柜体后侧板1是通过两个暗铰链5连接在一起,面板4上设有通孔3。 
面板4打开时,通孔3与柜体后侧板1上方的上螺孔2,用螺丝固定连接。盖板4关闭时,通孔3与柜体后侧板1下方的下螺孔7,用螺丝固定连接。面板4边框的四周是一圈密封发泡海绵8,面板4盖上后保证了电箱内部接插件插座6无粉尘进入。 
本实用新型实施例所述活动式盖板将活动式盖板与电气控制柜合二为一,操作方便,对电气柜外部的粉尘起到有效的防护作用,适用于车间环境较差的电气柜上的防护设施。
