背景技术:
电梯行业中高速电梯在走高速时,还是用普通低速电梯的结构,这样势必会造成阻力过大,白白浪费能源,也会造成气流对轿厢冲击,造成过大声音噪音。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术的不足,而提供高速电梯运行减空气摩擦装置,利用空客飞机的头部形状来做两个封头分别装在轿顶和轿底上,这样在轿厢上行和下行减少摩擦。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案,其包括轿厢、轿厢门、驱动机构、弧形头部,圆形轿厢上设有圆弧形轿厢门,圆形轿厢内设有驱动机构,圆形轿厢的顶部与底部安装有弧形头部,弧形头部为锥形壳体,弧形头部为一体成型结构。
圆形轿厢的顶部与底部安装有弧形头部,弧形头部通过粘胶与螺丝坚固的方式连接。
弧形头部为玻璃钢、塑胶壳体中的任意一种。
