众所周知，无心磨床用整体式轴瓦在插入轴瓦外套内时，通过外力收紧时因受油槽开口原因，会出现开口处收紧多，无开口处收紧少的问题。并且在较长的受油槽部分过热时，铜瓦则会出现变形现象。为改善以上缺点而开发新产品，防止锥度中间部分收紧过多，增强铜瓦的坚韧性，防止较长受油槽过热导致的变形，进而提高工件尺寸的稳定性。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足，本实用新型提供一种磨床用轴瓦，在通过外力收紧时整体式轴瓦会均匀收紧，从而达到最佳效果。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种磨床用轴瓦，设有圆筒形瓦体，瓦体的筒壁的轴向均布有条形受油槽，其特征是，每个受油槽内嵌有一个圆环。
本实用新型的有益效果是：用于无心磨床，结构简单，外力收紧时铝环会起到一定支撑作用，在此作用下整体轴瓦会均匀收紧，从而达到最佳效果。

在图1中，本实用新型设有圆筒形瓦体1，瓦体1的筒壁的轴向均布有条形受油槽2，每个受油槽2内嵌有一个圆环3。圆筒形瓦体1的外形为削面圆锥形结构，瓦体1的小端设有调整螺纹，瓦体1内部为圆柱形内腔，受油槽2为通透式结构，受油槽2内嵌有的圆环为铝质材料。
