本实用新型涉及泵类设备的润滑配件，具体而言是一种离心泵分体式甩油环。
背景技术
目前在用的泵类甩油环均采用了一体式化设计，甩油环在泵类设备上是一个体积小、重量轻的辅助润滑配件，但由于与其它较多的轮盘类零件共同安装在泵轴上，更换时必须拆除和重新安装较多的零部件，还要因此移动泵的位置，造成大量的额外工作量，几乎与泵的中修的工作量相当，费时费力，影响泵的运行时率。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对上述不足之处，设计一种离心泵分体式甩油环。
本实用新型的目的是由下述技术方案实现的:
离心泵分体式甩油环，包括：半圆环、沉头螺钉。所述的离心泵分体式甩油环为两个半圆环通过沉头螺钉连接。
上述离心泵分体式甩油环中的半圆环一半是两端为内缺，各设有两个沉孔，另一半是两端为外缺，各设有两个螺纹通孔。
本实用新型的有益效果是：适用于泵类设备，更换甩油环时无须拆除和重新安装较多的零部件，不用因此移动泵的位置，减少泵修的工作量，省时省力，缩短泵修时间，提高泵的运行时率。

离心泵分体式甩油环包括半圆环1、沉头螺钉2。所述的离心泵分体式甩油环为两个半圆环1组成，所述的半圆环1一半是两端为内缺，各设有两个沉孔A，另一半是两端为外缺，各设有两个螺纹通孔B，更换时，将两个半圆环1套在泵轴上，沉头螺钉2穿过沉孔A与螺纹通孔B连接即可，从而达到快速更换离心泵甩油环的目的。

1.一种离心泵分体式甩油环，包括：半圆环（1）、沉头螺钉（2）；其特征是：所述的离心泵分体式甩油环为两个半圆环（1）通过沉头螺钉（2）连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的离心泵分体式甩油环，其特征是：所述的半圆环（1）一半是两端为内缺，各设有两个沉孔（A），另一半是两端为外缺，各设有两个螺纹通孔（B）。
