本实用新型公开了一种断桥铝型材推拉节能门窗。推拉窗的固定螺钉采用隐藏式安装,在铝型材轨道及边框装饰扣盖内侧位置,外视效果美观。推拉窗边框及扇框均为断桥铝合金型材,为多腔隔热型材。推拉扇与固定框之间为隔热型材,隔热型材之间为弹性胶条多腔密封构造形式。与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有抗老化耐紫外线使用寿命长等特点,同时尤为突出的是,整窗框架结构均为中空多腔隔热铝合金型材,推拉扇与固定框之间均为弹性多腔胶条构造形式,有效提高整窗水密性能及气密性能,有效隔断了热量的传递,达到了节能的效果。铝型材表面可根据不同建筑的需要,喷涂成不同颜色,具有丰富多彩的美观效果。

背景技术
目前,国内推拉门窗主要有铝合金窗、塑料窗及铝塑复合窗等形式,塑料窗室外不抗老化,各形式推拉窗普遍气密性能、水密性能不理想,达不到高节能效果,存在诸多缺陷,远远达不到抗老化、高节能、耐久使用性及装饰效果的有机结合。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述缺陷,对现有的门窗加以改进,设计一种将铝型材、多腔的尼龙型材、塑料型材、橡胶条四种材料结合成一体的新型一种断桥铝型材推拉节能门窗。其技术是这样实现的:包括铝型材、多腔的尼龙型材、塑料型材、橡胶条在内的结构。其特征在于:推拉窗固定框及推拉扇框为连续断桥隔热形式,推拉扇框与固定框之间为弹性胶条密封构造,采用自攻钉在隐藏式边框槽口内将整窗安装及固定,边框槽口外面卡扣推拉窗轨道及装饰扣盖,推拉窗固定框及推拉扇框均为断桥铝合金型材构造,此断桥铝合金型材为多腔隔热型材结构。推拉扇框与固定框之间为弹性多腔橡胶条,在关闭状态下会形成多道密封等压腔。实施该技术后的明显优点及效果是:实现了抗老化、高节能、耐久使用性及装饰效果有机结合。与现有技术相比,整窗为表面可以多种工艺处理的断桥铝合金型材,具有抗紫外线耐老化使用寿命长等优点。中间主体结构为多腔的尼龙隔热型材、塑料型材,型材为中空多腔结构,有效的隔断了热量的传递,同时,推拉扇与固定框之间的弹性橡胶条实现多道等压腔构造,有效的隔断了雨水或空气的通过,达到了节能的效果。室内外侧铝合金型材可分别根据需要加工成适合建筑的颜色及效果,给人美观的感觉。

以下结合附图,用窗为例,对本实用新型做进一步描述:
见附图1及附图2,窗边框铝型材可通过隐藏在卡槽内的自攻钉将整窗与建筑可靠固定,窗边框铝型材通过多腔的尼龙型材与铝型材复合而成,推拉窗框型材也通过多腔的尼龙型材与铝型材复合而成,塑料型材通过卡扣安装在推拉扇框周边,推拉扇上橡胶条通过卡扣固定在推拉扇框内的塑料型材上面,固定边框上橡胶条通过卡扣固定在多腔的尼龙型材上面,所述的多腔的尼龙型材及橡胶条均为多腔结构。
见附图1及附图2,整个结构有4种材料组成,分别为铝型材,多腔的尼龙型材,塑料型材,橡胶条,根据尺寸要求用铝合金机械加工铝型材,多腔的尼龙型材,塑料型材,然后根据尺寸要求截取橡胶条进行装配,装配时,多腔的尼龙型材通过卡接固定在铝型材上,橡胶条通过卡接固定在多腔的尼龙型材上,塑料型材通过卡接固定在铝型材上,因为橡胶条为弹性多腔设计,有效实现了水密性能及气密性能,窗边框多腔的尼龙型材与推拉扇框多腔的尼龙型材、塑料型材均为隔热材料,从而实现整窗有效保温节能的目的。

1.一种断桥铝型材推拉节能门窗,包括铝型材、多腔的尼龙型材、塑料型材、橡胶条在内的结构,其特征在于:推拉窗固定框及推拉扇框为连续断桥隔热形式,推拉扇框与固定框之间为弹性胶条密封构造。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种断桥铝型材推拉节能门窗,其特征在于:所述的铝型材为多腔隔热型材结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种断桥铝型材推拉节能门窗,其特征在于:所述的橡胶条为多腔结构,在关闭状态形成多道密封等压腔。
