背景技术
随着我国小汽车保有量不断增加，停车难的矛盾日益突出，实行停车立体化，使用机械式立体停车设备将会愈来愈多，在机械式立体停车设备中采取有效安全保护措施非常必要；目前，机械式立体停车设备的防坠落装置结构形式有多种，在使用形式上总体分为两种：一就是平常所说防坠器，搬运器或载车板运行到指定位置后，处于空中静态位置时，静态防坠落装置；与此对应另外一种就是动态防坠落装置，即能够防搬运器或载车板在运动过程时坠落的装置。
防坠落装置作用就是防止载车板、搬运器或停于此上汽车意外坠落，保护人员、车辆和设备。在静态防坠落装置中，目前常用的有电磁式和机械式，电磁式防坠器，受到外界条件约束，并且故障率较高，价格较高；而机械式防坠器较电磁式防坠器结构复杂，运行动作繁琐，可靠性差。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种停车设备用安全保护装置，适用于履带、辊道、传送带交换方式的停车设备的安全防护，解决了现有技术中存在的问题。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是，一种停车设备用安全保护装置，包括用于带动停车设备上传送装置转动的传动轴和安装在传动轴上的棘轮，还包括安装在停车设备上的棘爪座，棘爪座通过销轴与棘爪一端铰链接，棘爪的另一端设置有用于锁止棘轮的锁止钩。
所述棘轮通过键固定在传动轴上。
所述传送装置为履带、辊道或传送带。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型至少具有以下有益效果，本安全保护装置的棘爪依靠自身的重力压在棘轮上，通过棘爪上的锁止钩与棘轮上的棘齿配合，使棘轮无法发生向外转动，从而避免了停车设备上的传送装置、辊道或传送带发生转动导致车辆掉落的问题，本实用新型的结构简单，降低了制造成本，通过抬起和落下棘爪轻松实现了棘轮的锁止和解除锁止，运行动作简单，降低了故障率，可靠性高。
进一步的，棘轮通过键固定在传动轴上，稳定性好。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型做进一步说明。
如图1和图3所示，一种停车设备用安全保护装置，包括用于带动停车设备上传送装置转动的传动轴1和安装在传动轴1上的棘轮2，棘轮2通过键6固定在传动轴1上，还包括安装在停车设备上的棘爪座4，所述棘爪座4通过销轴5与棘爪3一端铰链接，棘爪3的一端设置有用于锁止棘轮2的锁止钩，锁止钩与棘轮2上的棘齿配合限定棘轮2的转动；
在停车设备未进行存取车操作的情况下，棘爪3依靠自身的重量压在棘轮2上，棘爪3的锁止钩与棘轮2的棘齿配合，限定棘轮2不能向外侧旋转，棘轮2通过键6与传动轴1连接，因此，传动轴1也不能向外侧旋转，由传动轴1带动的停车位上面的传送装置也不能向外侧旋转，避免了停车位上汽车的滑落，保证了停车的安全。
如图2所示，在停车设备需要进行存取车操作时，将棘爪3向上抬起，棘爪3的锁止钩与棘轮2分离，此时，棘轮2、传动轴1以及传动轴1带动的传送装置可以任意方向旋转，完成存取车动作。
在本实用新型的优选实施例中，所述传送装置为履带、辊道或传送带。
本实用新型结构极其简单，工作稳定，通过棘爪3上的锁止钩与棘轮2上的棘齿配合，使棘轮2无法发生向外转动，从而避免了停车设备上的履带、辊道或传送带发生转动导致车辆掉落的问题，本实用新型的结构简单，通过抬起和落下棘爪3轻松实现了棘轮2的锁止和解除锁止，运行动作简单，可靠性高，棘轮3通过键6固定在传动轴1上，稳定性好，本实用新型的安全保护装置适于履带、辊道或传送带等类型的停车设备，适用范围广。

1.一种停车设备用安全保护装置，其特征在于，包括用于带动停车设备上传送装置转动的传动轴(1)和安装在传动轴(1)上的棘轮(2)，还包括安装在停车设备上的棘爪座(4)，棘爪座(4)通过销轴(5)与棘爪(3)一端铰链接，棘爪(3)的另一端设置有用于锁止棘轮(2)的锁止钩。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种停车设备用安全保护装置，其特征在于，所述棘轮(2)通过键(6)固定在传动轴(1)上。
