Abstract
一种带内防喷功能的螺杆钻具用旁通阀,其特征是,包括回压旁通阀体,其上端设有带内螺纹的锥形孔,还设第一、二腔体;回压旁通阀体的下端设有连接动力钻具的外螺纹;第一腔体内设第一阀座、第一阀体、第一弹簧;第一阀座固定且设有轴向通孔;第一阀体包括上下移动的阀芯;阀芯上端设为用于封堵第一阀座轴向通孔的锥形封堵端;上下伸缩的第一弹簧一端连接第一阀体,另一端与回压旁通阀体相对固定;第二腔体内的第二阀体设置有径向通孔,第二腔体侧壁上也设径向通孔,两个径向通孔之间是否连通被第二阀体的移动控制;上下伸缩的第二弹簧一端连接第二阀体,另一端与回压旁通阀体相对固定。即可实现旁通又可实现内防喷功能,增加钻井安全性。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及钻井用装置,具体是一种带内防喷功能的螺杆钻具用旁通阀。
背景技术
现代钻井工程大部分采用动力钻具作为井下钻进工具,注入钻井液,组合其他工具进行井下钻进,同时需要进行随钻测量。因为地层的复杂性和不确定性,为提高钻井工程的安全系数,钻井系统中需要有内防喷装置,以防止钻井液倒流而损害井下测量工具,更要防止在钻进过程中外部压力突然增大,抵消不了钻井液介质的内部压力时的井喷事故发生。
同时,利用螺杆钻具作为动力时,需要有旁通阀。当井上停泵时为使钻柱内空间与环空沟通,以避免起、下钻和接换单根时钻柱内钻井液溢出污染井台,影响正常工作。
实际钻井时,有时需要兼具这两项功能。
实用新型内容
为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺点,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种带内防喷功能的螺杆钻具用旁通阀,即可实现旁通又可实现内防喷功能,增加钻井安全性。
为了解决上述问题,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:一种带内防喷功能的螺杆钻具用旁通阀,包括:
回压旁通阀体,阀体的上端设置有用于连接钻杆的锥形孔,该锥形孔设置内螺纹;锥形孔的下方依次连通的设置第一腔体、第二腔体;阀体的下端设置有用于连接动力钻具的外螺纹;
所述第一腔体内至少设置有第一阀座、第一阀体、第一弹簧;
所述第一阀座,与回压旁通阀体相对固定;第一阀座设置有沿回压旁通阀体的轴向设置有轴向通孔;
所述第一阀体,包括可在第一腔体内沿第一阀座的轴向通孔的轴线上下移动的阀芯;阀芯的上端设为用于封堵所述轴向通孔的锥形封堵端;
所述第一弹簧,沿第一阀座的轴向通孔伸缩,一端连接第一阀体,另一端与回压旁通阀体相对固定;
所述第二腔体内至少设置有上下移动的第二阀体、第二弹簧;所述第二阀体设置有径向通孔,所述第二腔体的侧壁上也设置有径向通孔;两个所述径向通孔之间的连通和非连通是通过第二阀体的上下移动实现;所述第二弹簧的伸缩方向与第二阀体的移动方向相同,第二弹簧的一端连接第二阀体,另一端与回压旁通阀体相对固定。
进一步的:第一腔体内,在第一阀座的下方设置有固定安装台阶,该固定安装台阶与第一阀座的下端面之间安装有垫环、密封垫;第一阀座的上方通过螺纹安装在第一腔体内的固定套压紧;所述固定套设置为轴向通孔与第一阀座的轴向通孔连通;第一阀座的外表面与第一腔体的内表面之间设置有O型圈。
进一步的:所述的第一阀体还包括导向杆,所述固定套内固设有与导向杆配合的导向套,导向杆上部穿过该导向套,导向杆的下部穿过另一导向套,该导向套固设在一扶正套中,扶正套上部被第一弹簧压紧,扶正套的下部卡装在第一腔体、第二腔体之间的台阶上。
进一步的:所述第二腔体内还固定的设置有第二阀座,第二阀座设置有轴向通孔,第二阀体的下部设置有置于第二阀座的轴向通孔内且滑动配合的工作段,第二阀体的径向通孔设置在该工作段上,所述第二弹簧设置在第二阀体与第二阀座之间。
进一步的:所述第二腔体侧壁上的径向通孔内设置有滤套。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
1)有效实现钻井液单向和旁通双项功能,增加钻井安全系数。
2)此接头装在钻井系统的较向下位置,能更有效地起到内防喷作用。
3)加工、装配简单、方便,利于批量化生产和应用。
4)减少钻井工具的投入,也利于节约钢材资源。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,该带内防喷功能的螺杆钻具用旁通阀,主要包括回压旁通阀体1、第一阀座3、第一阀体7、第一弹簧8、第二阀体10、第二弹簧11、第二阀座15。
回压旁通阀体1的上端设置有用于连接钻杆的锥形孔101,该锥形孔101设置内螺纹;锥形孔101的下方依次连通的设置第一腔体102、第二腔体103;回压旁通阀体1的下端设置有用于连接动力钻具的外螺纹。
第一腔体102内设置有第一阀座3、第一阀体7、第一弹簧8。
第一阀座3设有沿回压旁通阀体1的轴向设置有轴向通孔,第一阀座3与回压旁通阀体1相对固定,其固定的具体方式是:第一腔体102内,在第一阀座3的下方设置有固定安装台阶,该固定安装台阶与第一阀座3的下端面之间安装有垫环6、密封垫5;第一阀座3的上方通过固定套2压紧,固定套2螺纹安装在第一腔体102内;固定套2设置为轴向通孔与第一阀座3的轴向通孔连通;第一阀座3的外表面与第一腔体102的内表面之间设置有O型圈4。
第一阀体7包括可在第一腔体102内沿第一阀座3的轴向通孔的轴线上下移动的阀芯71;阀芯71的上端设为用于封堵所述轴向通孔的锥形封堵端。第一阀体7还包括导向杆72,阀芯固装在导向杆72的中部。固定套2内固设有与导向杆72配合的导向套21,导向杆72上部穿过该导向套21,导向杆72的下部穿过另一导向套91,该导向套91固设在一扶正套9中。扶正套9上部被第一弹簧8压紧,扶正套9的下部卡装在第一腔体102、第二腔体103之间的台阶上。扶正套9的侧壁上设置有多个径向通孔,径向通孔作用钻具下钻时使钻井液进入钻柱从而减少下钻阻力,起钻时使钻柱内的钻井液能进入环空从而避免钻井液溢于井台。
第一弹簧8沿第一阀座3的轴向通孔伸缩,上端连接第一阀体7,下端即压紧扶正套9,也即与旁通阀体1相对固定。
所述第二腔体103内设置有第二阀体10、第二弹簧11、第二阀座15。
第二阀体10上下移动的运行在第二腔体103内,第二阀体10设置有径向通孔1001,所述第二腔体103的侧壁上也设置有径向通孔1031;两个所述径向通孔1001、1031之间的连通和非连通是通过第二阀体10的上下移动实现。该实施例中,第二腔体侧壁上的径向通孔1031内设置有滤套13,滤套13作用是分流、限流。
第二弹簧11的伸缩方向与第二阀体10的移动方向相同,第二弹簧11的一端连接第二阀体10,另一端压紧第二阀座15的端面,第二阀座15的下端面被压紧在孔用弹性挡圈16上,孔用弹性挡圈16卡装在回压旁通阀体1内壁的卡槽内,这样即实现了第二阀座15固定设置在第二腔体103内。
第二阀座15设置有轴向通孔,第二阀体10的下部设置有置于第二阀座15的轴向通孔内且滑动配合的工作段,第二阀体的径向通孔1001设置在该工作段上。第二阀座15的轴向通孔壁上与该工作段之间设置有O型圈12。
第二阀座15与第二腔体内壁之间设置O型圈14。
工作原理:正常钻井时,回压旁通阀体上端锥形孔通过内螺纹接于钻杆,回压旁通阀体下端的外螺纹用于连接动力钻具。
开泵后,高压钻井液由上方进入第一腔体,钻井液在一定压力下推动第一阀体7和第一弹簧8下移,解除第一阀体7对第一阀座3的轴向通孔的封堵,形成通道。钻井液通过第一腔体向下走,进入第二腔体。当第二腔体内的钻井液压力达到一定值时,钻井液即可推动第二阀体10和第二弹簧11下移,第二阀体10的台阶端面与第二阀座16的上端面靠紧,第二阀体10上的径向通孔1001被封堵,不能与第二腔体侧壁上的径向通孔连通,即关闭了旁通道,钻井液只从第二阀体10、第二阀座15的轴向通孔中向下流入螺杆钻具内,进行液力能到机械能的转换,实现钻头旋转破岩。
当底层压力突然增大高于钻井液的压力时,钻井液会由下向上逆向流行,经过螺杆钻具内孔到第二阀座15的轴向通孔。此时,第二阀体10就会被向上推动,第二阀体10上的径向通孔1001与第二腔体侧壁上的径向通孔1031连通,即打开旁边通道,卸掉部分压力。若泥浆再向上时,因为第一阀体7与第一阀座3的锥面密封结构,将钻井液通道堵死,防止了向上井喷。
Claims (5)
1.一种带内防喷功能的螺杆钻具用旁通阀,其特征是,包括:
回压旁通阀体,回压旁通阀体上端设置有用于连接钻杆的锥形孔,该锥形孔设置内螺纹;锥形孔的下方依次连通的设置第一腔体、第二腔体;回压旁通阀体的下端设置有用于连接动力钻具的外螺纹;
所述第一腔体内至少设置有第一阀座、第一阀体、第一弹簧;
所述第一阀座,与回压旁通阀体相对固定;第一阀座设置有沿回压旁通阀体的轴向设置有轴向通孔;
所述第一阀体,包括可在第一腔体内沿第一阀座的轴向通孔的轴线上下移动的阀芯;阀芯的上端设为用于封堵所述轴向通孔的锥形封堵端;
所述第一弹簧,沿第一阀座的轴向通孔伸缩,一端连接第一阀体,另一端与回压旁通阀体相对固定;
所述第二腔体内至少设置有上下移动的第二阀体、第二弹簧;所述第二阀体设置有径向通孔,所述第二腔体的侧壁上也设置有径向通孔;两个所述径向通孔之间的连通和非连通是通过第二阀体的上下移动实现;所述第二弹簧的伸缩方向与第二阀体的移动方向相同,第二弹簧的一端连接第二阀体,另一端与回压旁通阀体相对固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带内防喷功能的螺杆钻具用旁通阀,其特征是:第一腔体内,在第一阀座的下方设置有固定安装台阶,该固定安装台阶与第一阀座的下端面之间安装有垫环、密封垫;第一阀座的上方通过螺纹安装在第一腔体内的固定套压紧;所述固定套设置为轴向通孔与第一阀座的轴向通孔连通;第一阀座的外表面与第一腔体的内表面之间设置有O型圈。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种带内防喷功能的螺杆钻具用旁通阀,其特征是:所述的第一阀体还包括导向杆,所述固定套内固设有与导向杆配合的导向套,导向杆上部穿过该导向套,导向杆的下部穿过另一导向套,该导向套固设在一扶正套中,扶正套上部被第一弹簧压紧,扶正套的下部卡装在第一腔体、第二腔体之间的台阶上。
4.根据根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种带内防喷功能的螺杆钻具用旁通阀,其特征是:所述第二腔体内还固定的设置有第二阀座,第二阀座设置有轴向通孔,第二阀体的下部设置有置于第二阀座的轴向通孔内且滑动配合的工作段,第二阀体的径向通孔设置在该工作段上,所述第二弹簧设置在第二阀体与第二阀座之间。
5.根据根据权利要求4所述的一种带内防喷功能的螺杆钻具用旁通阀,其特征是:所述第二腔体侧壁上的径向通孔内设置有滤套。
