Description
Technical Field
The utility model relates to the technical field of household appliances, particularly, relate to a prevent device, a steam generator and a clothing nursing machine of heater electrochemical corrosion.
Background
At present, the working principle of a steam generator of a clothes care product is to heat and evaporate water through a metal heater and convert electric energy into heat energy of water vapor.
The heater material of the clothing care product mainly contains active metals such as aluminum, iron, copper and the like, and no measure for preventing electrochemical corrosion exists. During the working process and the period of stopping working and placing of the heater, the heater is in a humid environment for a long time, a layer of conductive water film is attached to the surface of metal, and the metal on the surface of the heater and impurities of the metal easily form a plurality of tiny primary cells to generate electrochemical corrosion. Such a metal heater can generate a large amount of rusty scales in a very short time due to electrochemical corrosion, which brings great influence to the service life and the use of the product, and the rusty scales mainly comprise: the corrosion of aluminum generates hydroxide, the corrosion of steel generates rust, and the corrosion of copper generates basic copper carbonate, and the generation principle is as follows:
(1) the electrochemical corrosion equation of the aluminum heater is as follows:
negative electrode (Al): al-3 eˉ=Al3+
Positive electrode (impurity): 2H++2eˉ=H2↑
And (3) total reaction: 2Al +6H2O=2Al(OH)3+3H2↑
Wherein, Al (OH)3The precipitate was white flocculent.
(2) The electrochemical corrosion equation of the iron heater is as follows:
i) hydrogen evolution corrosion (when the steel surface adsorbs water film with strong acidity) electrochemical corrosion:
negative electrode (Fe): fe-2 eˉ=Fe2+
Fe2++2H2O=Fe(OH)2+2H+
Positive electrode (C)Impurities): 2H++2eˉ=H2↑
And (3) battery reaction: fe +2H2O=Fe(OH)2+H2↑
Due to hydrogen gas evolution, it is called hydrogen evolution corrosion;
ii) oxygen absorption corrosion (when the water film adsorbed on the surface of the steel is weak in acid) electrochemical corrosion:
negative electrode (Fe): fe-2 eˉ=Fe2+
And (3) positive electrode: o is2+2H2O+4eˉ=4OHˉ
And (3) total reaction: 2Fe + O2+2H2O=2Fe(OH)2
Since oxygen is absorbed, it is also called oxygen corrosion.
Fe (OH) generated by hydrogen evolution corrosion and oxygen absorption corrosion2Oxidized by oxygen to produce Fe (OH)3Then dehydrated to generate Fe2O3Rust, i.e.: 4Fe (OH)2+O2+2H2O=4Fe(OH)3The electrochemical corrosion of the iron heater is mainly oxygen absorption corrosion.
(3) The electrochemical corrosion equation of the copper heater is as follows:
2Cu-4eˉ=2Cu2+
2H2O+O2+4eˉ=4OHˉ
CO2+2OHˉ=CO3 2-+H2O
and (3) total reaction: 2Cu +2H2O+O2+CO2=Cu2(OH)2CO3(basic copper carbonate, verdigris).
At present, the electric heating appliances in the household appliance industry only have the following treatment measures aiming at preventing scale from being generated:
(1) ion exchange method:
ion exchange resins fall into two categories: one is for reducing the hardness of water to soft water, for washing, bathing, etc., and such ion exchange resins are called sodium ion exchange resins; the second type is a hydrogen ion exchange resin used to reduce the hardness of water in an amount such that no scale is formed after boiling the drinking water.
(2) Physical filtration method:
a membrane separation process for extracting fresh water from a body of water by utilizing the permselectivity of a selective membrane, which is permeable only to water and impermeable to solutes, as a driving force by a pressure higher than the osmotic pressure. Reverse osmosis is also known as reverse osmosis.
(3) Chemical treatment method:
chemical agents capable of preventing the generation of scale or inhibiting the growth of its deposits. Such as: silicon phosphorus crystal, water softener (sodium hydroxide, trisodium phosphate, sodium humate), etc.
At present, no corresponding protection measures are available for the electrochemical corrosion of the metal heater under the humid environment. The above-mentioned scale-preventive measures do not prevent the electrochemical corrosion of the heater. In the early stage of use of such electric appliances, the scale produced by electrochemical corrosion tends to be more serious than the scale left after water evaporation, and the service life of the electric appliances is seriously affected by the corrosion of the heater.
Therefore, there is a need for a device for preventing electrochemical corrosion of a metal heater, which can effectively prevent or reduce the occurrence of electrochemical corrosion of the metal heater, thereby prolonging the service life of the heater.
