本实用新型属于成型机技术领域,具体涉及一种湿法成型的生物质成型机。
背景技术
生物质致密成型技术是将具有一定粒度的农林废弃物( 锯屑、稻壳、树枝、秸秆
等) 干燥后在一定的压力作用下( 加热或不加热),可连续挤压制成棒状、粒状、块状等各种成型燃料的加工工艺,有些致密成型技术还需要加入一定的添加剂或黏结剂。一般生物质致密成型主要是利用木质素的胶黏作用。现有湿法成型的生物质成型机结构复杂,造价高,能耗高,不适合小规模生产。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种湿法成型的生物质成型机,以解决上述方案中存在的不足。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型所采用的技术方案为:
一种湿法成型的生物质成型机,主要由夹紧套、保型筒、成型筒外套、喂料斗、活塞冲杆、外罩、双出杆油缸、油管接头盒机架组成,所述的外罩设置在机架上,外罩上方设有油管接头,外罩内设有双出杆油缸,活塞冲杆穿过外罩连接双出杆油缸,活塞冲杆上设有喂料斗,夹紧套设置在保型筒上,保型筒连接活塞冲杆,保型筒与活塞冲杆连接端设有成型筒外套。
所述的活塞冲杆上设有活塞冲杆套。
所述的成型筒外套内设有锥形套和外套加热圈。
本实用新型装置结构简单,采用220V 电压,用小功率电机直接带动送料装置,不用减速器,设备造价低,农牧民用得起,有利于生物质燃料的推广使用。本装置是湿法成型,减少工作
量。用本装置工艺简单,操作方便,能耗低,为4kw.h/t,生产效率高,生产率为2t/h,降低
加工成本。
