 本实用新型涉及变压器附属装置,尤其涉及变压器散热装置。
背景技术
干式变压器运行过程中会发热,为了避免温度过高,在干式变压器底部设置了风机,进行散热降温,防止温度过热影响干式变压器正常运行。由于变压器外壳是封闭式空间,为了降低内部温度,一般设有通风窗和过滤网,用于通风散热并阻挡小动物、昆虫等进入,这样的防护等级至多为IP43,无法完全隔绝灰尘、粉尘进入变压器外壳,时间长了会积存在干式变压器上面,影响电气运行。如果用于碳素生产企业,由于生产碳制品、碳纤维,生产过程中会产生大量的极细粉尘,包括沥青粉尘、煅后焦、石墨粉等,这些极细粉尘漂浮在空中,配电室内的变压器外壳上也会积满粉尘,部分粉尘不可避免的会通过通风窗进入变压器外壳内部,落到干式变压器上面。石墨粉是导电性能极强的导体,落到干式变压器上面的石墨粉会造成干式变压器三相短路,可能酿成用电设备事故,因此密封性就格外重要。目前变压器外壳采用通风窗加过滤网的散热方式,由于防护等级仅能达到IP43,不能避免沙尘进入干式变压器外壳内。随着时间延长,进入干式变压器外壳的沙尘越来越多,会直接影响干式变压器的运行质量,严重时会造成重大的人身财产损失。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的,就是提供一种用于干式变压器的散热装置,提高防护等级,杜绝粉尘进入变压器外壳内,保证有效散热,减少故障,防止事故,降低设备停机维修损失,满足干式变压器正常工作要求,提高经济效益。
本实用新型的任务是这样完成的:设计制作一种干式变压器密封散热装置,在变压器外壳上装设热管,热管的下端通过变压器外壳上的通孔伸入变压器外壳内,热管的上端露出在外部空间中。热管选用四只圆形管体重力热管,分别设置在变压器外壳顶面前部两边和中部两边,通过变压器外壳上的通孔,垂直伸入变压器外壳内,热管的管体中部焊接在变压器外壳的顶部,将变压器外壳上的通孔密封。
2实际应用中,干式变压器在运行过程中产生的热量,通过配备的风机强制吹散,干式变压器的热量只能向变压器外壳内散发,本实用新型通过在变压器外壳上焊接的重力热管,把变压器外壳内部的热量传导到外面,降低变压器外壳内的温度,改善干式变压器的工作状况,保证干式变压器运行质量。由于密封作用好,杜绝了灰尘和粉尘进入变压器外壳内部,提高了干式变压器运行安全性,确保干式变压器正常运行,安全可靠。
按照上述方案进行试制、实施,证明本实用新型的结构合理,散热效果好,密封性能强,应用安全可靠,减少了设备故障,防止了事故,保证了干式变压器正常运行,降低了维修费用,提高了经济效益,较好地达到了预定目的。

下面结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式作进一步说明。
参阅图1、图2、图3,本实用新型在变压器外壳2上装设热管1,热管1的下端通过变压器外壳2上的通孔伸入变压器外壳2内,热管1的上端露出在外部空间中。热管1采用四只圆形管体重力热管,分别设置在变压器外壳2顶面前部两边和中部两边,通过变压器外壳2顶部的通孔伸入变压器外壳2内,热管1的管体中部焊接在变压器外壳2的顶部,将变压器外壳2上的通孔密封。
实际应用中,通过变压器外壳2上焊接的热管1,把变压器外壳2内部的热量传导到外面,降低干式变压器3的温度,改善干式变压器3的工况,保证干式变压器3运行质量。由于本实用新型密封作用好,防护等级能达到IP65,杜绝粉尘进入变压器外壳2内部,提高了用电安全性,确保干式变压器3正常运行。
本实用新型中的热管1选用的重力热管,导热性高、等温性好、传热效率高、流体阻损小,可远距离传热,具有热流密度的可变性、热流方向的可逆性等特点,是良好的传热元件,通过真空管内的液体蒸发与凝固来传递热量,利用毛细作用等流体原理,起到类似于冰箱压缩机制冷的效果。
本实用新型结构简单,密封性能强,散热效果好,能够明显降低变压器外壳2内的温度,杜绝了各种粉尘进入变压器外壳2内部,保证了干式变压器3正常运行,应用安全可靠,减少了设备故障,防止了事故,降低了维修费用,提高了经济效益,适用范围广泛,具有良好的社会效益和光明的推广应用前景。

1.一种干式变压器密封散热装置,其特征在于是在变压器外壳(2)上装设热管(1),热管(1)的下端通过变压器外壳(2)上的通孔伸入变压器外壳(2)内,热管(1)的上端露出在外部空间中。
2.按照权利要求1所述的干式变压器密封散热装置,其特征在于所述的热管(1)选用四只圆形管体重力热管,分别设置在变压器外壳(2)顶面前部两边和中部两边,通过变压器外壳(2)上的通孔,垂直伸入变压器外壳(2)内,热管(1)的管体中部焊接在变压器外壳(2)的顶部,将变压器外壳(2)上的通孔密封。
