Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种血液冷藏运输箱，包括箱体和与箱体铰接的箱门，所述箱体内设有上下两层抽拉式储物盒，储物盒内放置有冰盒，冰盒上设有若干个用于冷藏血液采集管的空腔，所述箱门上设有电子温度计。本实用新型所提供的运输箱，能较好对血液实现冷藏，且能及时发现箱体内温度变化。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及生物领域，具体的说，是涉及一种血液冷藏运输箱。
背景技术
目前，市面上的血样保温箱多为泡沫或塑料材质保温箱，通过箱体空间放置冰袋，实现对血样的冷藏运输。血液运输要求中规定，运输全血及红细胞类血液成分时，温度应维持在2-10℃。现有保温箱制冷效果不理想，且很难保证箱体内冷藏有效温度及干燥。同时，冰袋一般直接放置于箱体中，与血液制品的接触面不均匀，得不到很好的冷藏效果，保冷时间短，位置不易固定。
因此，如何设计一种全新的血液冷藏运输箱，是本领域技术人员亟需解决的。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为克服上述现有技术的不足，提供一种血液冷藏运输箱。本实用新型所提供的运输箱，能够实现试剂与冰盒较大面积的接触，具有良好的冷却效果。
为了达成上述目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：
一种血液冷藏运输箱，包括箱体和与箱体铰接的箱门，所述箱体内设有上下两层抽拉式储物盒，两储物盒内均放置有冰盒，任一冰盒上设有若干个用于冷藏血液采集管的空腔，所述箱门上设有电子温度计。
优选的，所述箱体顶部铰接有把手。
优选的，所述箱体为LLDPE材质。
优选的，所述储物盒外侧设有标签槽。
优选的，所述冰盒为蓝冰材质。
优选的，所述储物盒底面粘接有干燥层。
优选的，所述箱门内壁设有密封条。
本实用新型的有益效果是：
(1)血液采集管放置于空腔内，能较大面积的与冰盒接触，实现较好的冷却效果；
(2)箱门上设置有报警器，能够实时监测箱体内部的温度，当箱体内温度过高时，便于及时发现处理；
(3)干燥层能够较好的吸附箱体内的水蒸气及其他液体。

下面将结合附图对本方案进行详细说明。
实施例1：一种血液冷藏运输箱，其结构如图1所示，包括箱体1和与箱体1铰接的箱门2，所述箱体1内设有上下两层抽拉式储物盒3，两个储物盒3内均放置有冰盒4，任一冰盒4上设有若干个用于冷藏血液采集管的空腔5，所述箱门2上设有电子温度计6，能够实时监测箱体内部的温度，当箱体内温度过高时，便于及时发现处理。
所述箱体1的顶部铰接有把手7，便于携带。
所述箱体1为LLDPE材质，无毒无味、抗紫外线、不易变色，表面光滑，易清洗，保温效果好，且抗压。
所述储物盒3外侧设有标签槽8，便于放置标签，来快速获取血液信息。
所述冰盒为蓝冰材质，蓝冰呈胶状体，具有干净无毒，安全无污染，冷容量高、保冷性能佳等优点。
所述储物盒3底面粘接有干燥层10，能保持干燥，完成对水蒸气及其他液体的吸附。
所述箱门1内壁设有密封条9，能进一步提高密封效果。

1.一种血液冷藏运输箱，包括箱体和与箱体铰接的箱门，其特征在于，所述箱体内设有上下两层抽拉式储物盒，两储物盒内放置有冰盒，任一冰盒上设有若干个用于冷藏血液采集管的空腔，所述箱门上设有电子温度计。
2.根据权利要求1所述的血液冷藏运输箱，其特征在于，所述箱体顶部铰接有把手。
3.根据权利要求1所述的血液冷藏运输箱，其特征在于，所述箱体为LLDPE材质。
4.根据权利要求1所述的血液冷藏运输箱，其特征在于，所述储物盒外侧设有标签槽。
5.根据权利要求1所述的血液冷藏运输箱，其特征在于，所述冰盒为蓝冰材质。
6.根据权利要求1所述的血液冷藏运输箱，其特征在于，所述储物盒底面粘接有干燥层。
