Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种车用透气型复合人造革，包括：底布、透气层和表层，透气层为底布和表层之间的中间层，底布为泡棉透气型底布，透气层为带有冲孔的透气型泡棉，表层为透气型皮革单体，透气层的冲孔孔径为0.8-1.4mm，透气型泡棉的密度为18-50kg/M3，透气型泡绵的厚度为2-6mm，表层的厚度为0.8-1.2mm。本实用新型克服现有车用复合人造革整体透气性不好，且透气加工成本高等缺点，通过采用冲孔型泡棉作夹层来增强透气工艺处理的皮革的透气性，成本低，工艺可操作性强，层层结构均可透气，透气效果好。

本实用新型涉及汽车内饰用材料技术领域，特别是涉及一种具有新型透气型泡绵的复合皮革。
背景技术
目前，皮革的应用非常广泛，在我们日常生活中，汽车内饰材料会用到大量的皮革，现有的车用皮革为了达到较好的透气性能，会采用皮革冲孔加工，然后用火焰贴合泡绵，这种工艺获得的皮革制品透气效果并不理想，因为泡绵的透气性不好，仅是皮革层透气缓冲，并且皮革因冲孔而被破坏，整体透气效果差，冲孔后的皮革为达到原有的性能，要进行再次加工，其成本也会大大提高。
发明内容
本实用新型主要解决的技术问题是提供一种车用透气型复合人造革，通过采用带有冲孔的透气型泡棉加工的皮革能够获得较好的透气型皮革制品。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用的一个技术方案是：提供一种车用透气型复合人造革，包括：底布、透气层和表层，所述透气层为所述底布和所述表层之间的中间层，所述底布为泡棉透气型面料，所述透气层为带有冲孔的透气型泡棉，所述表层为透气型皮革单体。
在本实用新型一个较佳实施例中，所述透气层的冲孔孔径为0.8-1.4mm。
在本实用新型一个较佳实施例中，所述透气型泡棉的密度为18-50kg/M3，所述透气型泡绵的厚度为2-6mm。
在本实用新型一个较佳实施例中，所述表层的厚度为0.8-1.2mm。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型一种车用透气型复合人造革通过采用带有冲孔的透气型泡棉加工的皮革能够获得较好的透气型皮革制品，且结构简单，工艺成熟，制作简单，易于推广。

所述透气层2的冲孔孔径为0.8-1.4mm。
所述透气型泡棉的密度为18-50kg/M3，所述透气型泡绵的厚度为2-6mm。
所述表层3的厚度为0.8-1.2mm。
本实用新型中，利用冲/压工艺加工出透气环保且不影响原有外观的皮革单体，利用冲孔加工工艺将泡棉制作成需要的冲孔透气型泡棉，将透气型泡棉的上下两面分别与所述皮革单体和所述泡棉透气型底布1采用火焰贴合技术进行复合得到透气型复合人造革。
本实用新型一种车用透气型复合人造革的有益效果是：
一、利用冲/压工艺加工出透气环保且不影响原有外观的皮革单体。
二、通过采用带有冲孔的透气型泡棉加工的皮革能够获得较好的透气型复合皮革制品。
三、  相比传统的单一表层透气型复合皮革制品，本实用新型结构简单，工艺成熟，制作简单，易于推广使用。

2.根据权利要求1所述一种车用透气型复合人造革，其特征在于，所述透气层的冲孔孔径为0.8-1.4mm。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述一种车用透气型复合人造革，其特征在于，所述透气型泡棉的密度为18-50kg/M3，所述透气型泡绵的厚度为2-6mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种车用透气型复合人造革，其特征在于，所述表层的厚度为0.8-1.2mm。
