Abstract

弹性安装结构是将在至少两构件之一上设置的支架插入另一构件的配合孔中,用套装在另一构件和支架顶端间的螺旋弹簧,使两构件彼此卡紧。弹簧顶端的内径比其它部分的小,支架主体的宽度比弹簧其它部分的内径小,支架端部最大宽度比弹簧顶端的内径大,又比其它部分的内径小,弹簧顶端能在支架主体和端部的分界面卡住。弹性安装结构不需卡环,能一次装好,装配速度快、产量高、成本低。

Description

本方案涉及至少由两个构件借助弹性彼此卡紧安装的弹性安装结构。
众所周知,以往的上述弹性安装结构如图6所示,是在构件1上设置一个突出的支持体2,在另一个构件3上开一个配合孔4,通过配合孔4将构件3套在支持体2上,然后将一个各圈直径均一的螺旋弹簧5套在伸到构件3的外侧的上述支持体2上,一边压紧螺旋弹簧5,一边将卡6嵌入上述支持体2上的环形槽2a中,由于螺旋弹簧5以压缩状态安装在构件3和卡环6之间,从而使上述的1和3两个构件借助弹性彼此卡紧安装起来。
以往的这种结构,必需要有卡环,仅只这样就增加了零件的数目。另外,螺旋弹簧5必须是维持在压缩状态下才能将卡环6嵌入环形槽2a中,由于不能通过一次操作将螺旋弹簧安装好,因此装配作业的难度大,产量低,这是以往所存在的问题。
鉴于上述事实,本发明的目的是提供一种既能使零件的数目少,又能通过一次操作可靠地安装螺旋弹簧的弹性安装结构。
为了解决上述问题,本发明所提供的弹性安装结构是:在至少只有两个构件中,一个构件上设置一个突出的支持体,将支持体插入另一个构件上的配合孔中,利用安装在另一个构件和上述支持体顶端之间的螺旋弹簧,使上述两个构件彼此卡紧,这样构成的弹性安装结构的特征为:上述螺旋弹簧的顶端部分的簧圈内径设计得比其它部分的簧圈内径小,上述支持体的顶端有一个端部,主体部分的宽度比上述螺旋弹簧其它部分的簧圈内径都要小,而且上述端部的最大宽度比上述螺旋弹簧顶端部分的簧圈内径大,又比上述螺旋弹簧其它部分的簧圈的内径小,从而使上述螺旋弹簧的顶端部分能被上述主体部分和端部之间的分界处卡住。
在一个构件上设置一个突出的支持体,插入另一个构件上的配合孔中,将螺旋弹簧套装在该支持体上,压紧螺旋弹簧,使螺旋弹簧的直径小的部分卡在支持体的主体部分与端部之间的分界面上。这样一来,螺旋弹簧便以压缩状态安装在该另一个构件和支持体上的分界面之间,利用螺旋弹簧的弹力,使两构件彼此卡紧。

图中10……一个构件,11……支持体,11a……支持体的主体,11b……端部,11c……分界面,12……另一个构件,12a……配合孔,13……螺旋弹簧,13a……顶端,13b……其它部分。
以下根据附图说明本方案的各种实施例。首先根据图1及图2说明本方案的一个实施例。图1是按本方案设计的弹性安装结构的组装斜视图,图2是该同一装置的分解斜视图。两图中的10为其中的一个构件,该构件10上,翻折起一块支持体11。这块支持体11是一条细长板条,主体部分11a的顶端有一个比主体部分宽、呈伞形的端部11b,在该主体部分11a和端部11b之间有一个分界面11c。在上述的一个构件10上新装的另一个构件12也是一条细长板条,在其一端开有一条与上述支持体11相配合的狭缝状的配合孔12a。13是螺旋弹簧,它的顶部13a处的簧圈的内径设计得比其它部分13b的簧圈的内径小。
上述支持体11的主体部分11a的宽度设计得比上述螺旋弹簧13的其它部分13b的簧圈的内径小,且上述支持体11的端部11b的最大宽度比上述螺旋弹簧13的顶端13a的簧圈的内径大,又比上述螺旋弹簧13的其它部分13b的簧圈内径小。
于是,如图2所示,将一个构件10上的支持体11插入另一个构件12的配合孔12a中,然后将螺旋弹簧13套装在露在另一个构件12外面的支持体11上,将螺旋弹簧13的顶端13a下压,使其穿过支持体11的端部11b,一直压到分界面11c,并且卡在这个分界面11c上,如图1所示,于是利用螺旋弹簧13将两个构件10和12装在一起,彼此卡紧。
另外,在上述的实施例中,支持体11的端部11b虽然是作成伞状,但不受此限,如图3所示,也可以作成菱形。另外,支持体11的形状也不只限于是细长板条,如图4所示,也可以是横截面呈圆形的杆状,端部11b呈圆锥形,与此相对应,另一个构件12的配合孔12a也就可以做成圆形。
再者,螺旋弹簧13除了顶端13a的簧圈内径同样是比其它部分13b的簧圈内径小以外,其它部分13b的簧圈的内径可以是沿整个轴长一律等径,也可以如图5所示,将螺旋弹簧13的弹簧圈内径从顶端13a开始向底端逐渐增大,形成圆锥形。
另外,在上述的图3至图5所示的各实施例中,因为其它部分与上述的图1及图2所示的实施例相同,因此图中用同一符号表示,所以省略了说明。
如上所述,本方案所提供的弹性安装结构,是将在至少有两个构件中的一个构件上折起的支持体插入另一个构件的配合孔中,利用套装在另一个构件和上述支持体顶端之间的螺旋弹簧,使上述的两个构件互相卡紧,如此安装起来的弹性安装结构的特征为:上述螺旋弹簧的顶端簧圈的内径设计得比其它部分的簧圈内径小,上述支持体在其主体的顶端有一端部,该主体部分的宽度比上述螺旋弹簧上的其它部分的簧圈内径小,而且上述端部的最大宽度比上述螺旋弹簧顶端的簧圈的内径大,又比上述螺旋弹簧的其它部分的簧圈的内径小,在上述主体部分和端部的分界面之间将上述螺旋弹簧的顶端卡住。
因此不需要以往的那种卡环,从而减少了零件的数目。另外,由于能够通过一次操作将螺旋弹簧安装好,因而可以顺利达到提高装配速度,增加产量,降低成本的目的。

Claims (3)

1.在至少两个构件中的一个构件上翻折起一个凸出的支持体,并将该支持体插入另一个构件的配合孔中,利用套装在另一个构件和上述的支持体的顶端部分之间的螺旋弹簧,使上述的两个构件彼此卡紧,弹性安装结构的特征是:上述螺旋弹簧顶端的簧圈内径设计得比其它部分的簧圈内径小,在上述支持体主体的顶端有一个端部,该主体部分的宽度比上述螺旋弹簧的其它部分的簧圈内径小,而且上述端部的最大宽度设计得比上述螺旋弹簧顶端簧圈的内径大,又比上述螺旋弹簧的其它部分的簧圈内径小,上述主体部分和端部之间的分界面能将上述螺旋弹簧的顶端卡住。
2.权利要求第1项中所述的弹性安装结构,其特征为:上述支持体的端部呈菱形。
3.权利要求第1项中所述的弹性安装结构,其特征为:上述支持体的端部呈伞形。
