背景技术
热收缩膜包装机又称热收缩包装机（也称为收缩包装机，热收缩机，收缩机，膜包机等），主要作用是将产品用热收缩薄膜裹包后再进行加热，使薄膜收缩后将产品紧紧包裹起来。热收缩机广泛应用于食品、饮料、医药、日化、五金、木制品、文化用品、印刷制品、塑料制品、玻璃制品、电子元件等产品的单一、集合或组合包装。
收缩薄膜包裹在产品或包装件外面，经过加热，使收缩薄膜收缩裹紧产品或包装件，充分显示物品的外观，提高产品的展销性，增加美观及价值感。经过热收缩机包装后的物品能密封、防潮、防污染，并保护商品免受来自外部的冲击，具有一定的缓冲性，尤其是当包装易碎品时，能防止器皿破碎时飞散。此外，可减低产品被拆、被窃的可能性。
但现有的热收缩膜包装机普遍采用电热管加热，电热管热量在空气中分布不均匀，直接导致产品表面的塑料膜受热不均匀，塑膜收缩不平整，影响外观，产品返工率高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种蒸汽热收缩膜包装机，该蒸汽热收缩膜包装机解决了产品表面的塑料膜受热不均匀，塑膜收缩不平整的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型的蒸汽热收缩膜包装机包括上端开口的储水加热室，储水加热室上端连接两侧开口的货物通过仓，储水加热室底板上设置加热装置，储水加热室侧面外表面上设置电控制箱、电机，电控制箱分别连接电机和加热装置，储水加热室侧面设置进水管、水位管、出水口，货物通过仓底板呈凹形，货物通过仓底板上设置若干个孔洞，货物通过仓底板中部与储水加热室底板上端之间设置漏水管，货物通过仓两侧开口处分别设置转轴，转轴与货物通过仓两侧壁连接，两个转轴之间设置网状传输带，转轴与电机连接。
所述加热装置为若干根加热管。
所述储水加热室和货物通过仓外壁设置隔热层。
所述网状传输带为不锈钢材料。
所述储水加热室底端设置滚轮。
采用这种蒸汽热收缩膜包装机，有以下优点：1、由于储水加热室底板上设置加热装置、货物通过仓底板上设置若干个孔洞、传输带为网状的，这样加热装置加热水产生的蒸汽产生的蒸汽通过蒸汽孔到达货物通过仓，这样蒸汽在货物通过仓内均匀分布，热量也较为均匀，产品外包装塑膜收缩平整；2、由于货物通过仓底板中部与储水加热室底板上端之间设置漏水管，这样冷凝的水蒸气通过漏水管回流，不会打湿产品标签，返工率低；3、加热装置采用若干根加热管，加热效果好；4、在储水加热室和货物通过仓外壁设置隔热层，可以防止工作人们在工作时被烫伤；5、网状传输带采用不锈钢材料，可以防止生锈；6、储水加热室底端设置滚轮，可以方便蒸汽热收缩膜包装机的移动。

具体实施方式
图1所示蒸汽热收缩膜包装机，包括上端开口的储水加热室1，储水加热室1上端连接两侧开口的货物通过仓2，储水加热室1底板上设置加热装置3，储水加热室1侧面外表面上设置电控制箱4、电机5，电控制箱4分别连接电机5和加热装置3，储水加热室1侧面设置进水管6、水位管7、出水口8，货物通过仓2底板呈凹形，货物通过仓2底板上设置若干个孔洞，货物通过仓2底板中部与储水加热室1底板上端之间设置漏水管9，货物通过仓2两侧开口处分别设置转轴10，转轴10与货物通过仓2两侧壁连接，两个转轴10之间设置网状传输带11，转轴10与电机5连接。
所述加热装置3为若干根加热管。
所述储水加热室1和货物通过仓2外壁设置隔热层。
所述网状传输带11为不锈钢材料。
所述储水加热室1底端设置滚轮12。
蒸汽热收缩膜包装机，摒弃了电热管直接加热塑膜的方式，采用蒸汽加热的方式来塑膜，首先往储水加热室1内注入水，通过观察水位管7上的水位来调节储水加热室1内的水量，然后通过电控制箱4使加热管通电，加热储水加热室1内的水，使水加热产生水蒸气，然后通过电控制箱4启动电机5，电机5带动转轴10转动，再由转轴10带动网状传输带11转动，储水加热室1内产生的蒸汽通过货物通过仓2底板上孔洞到达货物通过仓2，由于蒸汽在货物通过仓2内均匀分布，热量也较为均匀，产品外包装塑膜收缩平整，同时，在冷凝的水蒸气通过漏水管9回流，不会打湿产品标签，返工率低，而且冷凝的水蒸气当还有热量时能尽快回流到储水加热室1内，节约了电。当蒸汽热收缩膜包装机不用时，只需将出水口8打开，将储水加热室1内的水放出。

1.一种蒸汽热收缩膜包装机，其特征在于：包括上端开口的储水加热室（1），储水加热室（1）上端连接两侧开口的货物通过仓（2），储水加热室（1）底板上设置加热装置（3），储水加热室（1）侧面外表面上设置电控制箱（4）、电机（5），电控制箱（4）分别连接电机（5）和加热装置（3），储水加热室（1）侧面设置进水管（6）、水位管（7）、出水口（8），货物通过仓（2）底板呈凹形，货物通过仓（2）底板上设置若干个孔洞，货物通过仓（2）底板中部与储水加热室（1）底板上端之间设置漏水管（9），货物通过仓（2）两侧开口处分别设置转轴（10），转轴（10）与货物通过仓（2）两侧壁连接，两个转轴（10）之间设置网状传输带（11），转轴（10）与电机（5）连接。
