目前,在国内生产的母线槽均为密集型母线槽,其优点是制作工艺简单、短时耐受
电流峰值的动稳定性较好,但是密集型母线槽的散热性较差,容易发热,降低了受热稳定性
和安全载流量。在正常情况下,密集型母线槽的导电体比正常导电体的载流量要低,因为密
集型所以对缠绕绝缘带的绝缘强度和质量要求较高,由于时间的推延和发热的程度造成对
绝缘带的老化、造成绝缘带强度的降低直至短路发生事故造成财产的损失和人身伤害

一种新型空气绝缘型母线槽,主要由槽体、接头侧封板、导电体、插孔绝缘隔板、绝缘体、接头绝缘螺栓、盖板和插孔盖板组成,所述的槽体上方左右两端设有绝缘螺栓,槽体后方设有盖板,槽体前侧设有插孔盖板,插孔盖板左侧设有插孔绝缘隔板,槽体内设有导电体,槽体接头处设有接头侧封板。
所述的接头侧封板内设有接头绝缘隔板。
本实用新型的空气型绝缘母线槽,成本低廉, 结构可靠,工艺简单、安装方便,且安全系数高。通过在外壳内部设置绝缘支撑体隔离各导电体,从而提高了母线槽的载流量。
