Abstract
本实用新型胶带喷淋冷却装置，包括传送带，其特征是，传送带的传送辊之间设置有中空管，中空管一端连接外部高压水源，另一端封闭，并且所述的中空管上设置有多个喷头。本实用新型通过在合理的位置设置中空管来实现喷淋降温的目的。成本低，并且冷却效果好于自然风。由于是底部喷淋降温，而且胶带基材为防水材质，不会影响后续工序。

本实用新型涉及一种胶带喷淋冷却装置。
背景技术
胶带基材成型后温度较高，为了后续工序如刷胶等工序时需要进行冷却处理。目前常见的降温方式是自然冷却处理，这样冷却的效果比较差。另外一种冷却方式是通过通风处理，可以通自然风或者冷风，自然风冷却效果差，冷风成本又非常高。
实用新型内容
根据以上现有技术中的不足，本实用新型要解决的技术问题是：提供一种可以克服上述缺陷，冷却效果好的胶带喷淋冷却装置。
本实用新型所提供的胶带喷淋冷却装置，包括传送带，其特征是，传送带的传送辊之间设置有中空管，中空管一端连接外部高压水源，另一端封闭，并且所述的中空管上设置有多个喷头。
所述的喷头高度低于传送辊3-5mm。
所述的中空管的一端有开口，开口内安装有光线传感器，光线传感器通过处理器连接控制高压水源的开关。
所述的开口处设置有透明玻璃，透明玻璃通过密封胶密封在开口处。
本实用新型的有益效果是，通过在合理的位置设置中空管来实现喷淋降温的目的。成本低，并且冷却效果好于自然风。由于是底部喷淋降温，而且胶带基材为防水材质，不会影响后续工序。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的实施例做进一步描述：
如图1所示的胶带喷淋冷却装置，包括传送带，传送带的传送辊1之间设置有中空管2，中空管2一端连接外部高压水源，另一端封闭，并且所述的中空管2上设置有多个喷头3。喷头3高度低于传送辊2，低的高度在5mm左右。中空管2的一端有开口4，开口4内安装有光线传感器，光线传感器通过处理器连接控制高压水源的开关。开口处设置有透明玻璃5，透明玻璃5通过密封胶密封在开口处。
传送辊1带胶带基材来到工位时，光线传感器向处理器发送打开高压水源的信号。高压水由喷头向上喷出，对胶带进行喷淋冷却。胶带基材离开传送辊1时，光线传感器感应不到胶带基材后，关闭高压水源的开关。

1.一种胶带喷淋冷却装置，包括传送带，其特征是，传送带的传送辊之间设置有中空管，中空管一端连接外部高压水源，另一端封闭，并且所述的中空管上设置有多个喷头。
2.根据权利要求1所述的胶带喷淋冷却装置，其特征是，所述的喷头高度低于传送辊3-5mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的胶带喷淋冷却装置，其特征是，所述的中空管的一端有开口，开口内安装有光线传感器，光线传感器通过处理器连接控制高压水源的开关。
4.根据权利要求3所述的胶带喷淋冷却装置，其特征是，所述的开口处设置有透明玻璃，透明玻璃通过密封胶密封在开口处。
