本实用新型其涉及搅拌机技术领域，具体涉及风动式水泥注浆搅拌桶。
背景技术
目前市场上的此类产品，装置笨重，移动不方便，且设计原理比较落后，使用时需要用铲子进行人工搅拌，造成水泥浆搅拌不均匀，而且费力，有些产品带有电动装置，但在井下作业时用电搭接不方便，审批手续繁琐，而且存在一定安全隐患，施工结束后，装置内剩余残渣亦难以清理。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供风动式水泥注浆搅拌桶，其具有移动方便、清洗便捷、可以存放工具，无失爆安全隐患等特点。
为了解决背景技术所存在的问题，本实用新型是采用以下技术方案的：它包含搅拌桶体、横架、工具盒、风动搅拌机、风动管和轮子，横梁设于搅拌桶体桶口上，横梁上安装有工具盒和风动搅拌机，风动搅拌机安装有风动管，搅拌桶体桶底部安装有轮子；所述的搅拌桶体底部中心位置设有小孔。
本实用新型具有的优点：
1、桶下装有轮子，移动方便；
2、桶上安装有工具盒，方便工具携带；
3、搅拌机为风动式，只要井下有风水的接口处，即可随意连接施工，无需审批，无失爆安全隐患；
4、桶底中心设有小孔，便于废物清洁和注浆。

具体实施方式
它包含搅拌桶体1、横架2、工具盒3、风动搅拌机4、风动管5和轮子6，横梁2设于搅拌桶体1桶口上，横梁2上安装有工具盒3和风动搅拌机4，风动搅拌机4安装有风动管5，搅拌桶体1桶底部安装有轮子6；所述的搅拌桶体1底部中心位置设有小孔。
本实用新型搅拌桶的底部安装了便于移动的四个轮子，产品设计便于清洗，工具配件的存放和注浆桶的灵活移动，又增加了废料排放孔，便于废料的排出和清洗，最大的优点是，搅拌机风压为动力，风动搅拌机只要井下有风水的接口处，即可随意连接，即可施工，无需审批，无失爆安全隐患。
现市场上多数注浆机配套使用的吸浆笼头，是将笼头放入注浆桶内，利用注浆机运行时产生的吸引力，把浆液从注浆桶内吸入注浆机，然后，再注入巷壁。本实用新型下方设一个出浆口，与注浆机的进浆口形成一个由被动的吸，到主动的供给的管路，原理是：注浆桶内液面的标高与注浆机进浆口的标高形成一个落差，形成了压力，主动的供给注浆机，无需吸浆笼头进行吸浆，这种革新，极大降低了注浆机配件的磨损，降低了设备维护成本，并且达到了水泥将搅拌均匀，清理方便的效果。

1.风动式水泥注浆搅拌桶，其特征在于它包含搅拌桶体、横架、工具盒、风动搅拌机、风动管和轮子，横梁设于搅拌桶体桶口上，横梁上安装有工具盒和风动搅拌机，风动搅拌机安装有风动管，搅拌桶体桶底部安装有轮子。
2.根据权利要求1所述的风动式水泥注浆搅拌桶，其特征在于所述的搅拌桶体底部中心位置设有小孔。
