背景技术
我国北方及西部高寒地区,冬季温度低、时间长、早晚温差大,很多电缆出现过低温敷设绝缘或护套开裂的现象。在风力发电的场合与地域,多为强风、寒冷天气,自然气候恶劣,对风力电缆也提出了较高的耐寒要求,而且由于风机塔筒存在扭动和轴向位移,因此需要选择抗扭动、延展性好的耐扭曲的电缆辅料,如果选择普通的电力电缆难以满足低高寒地域的耐寒及抗扭转的要求。
实用新型内容
针对上述问题,本实用新型提供一种铜包铝芯耐寒耐扭转电缆,采用无卤阻燃剂的绝缘材料,氯磺化聚乙烯橡皮护套解决了因抗寒,抗扭强度不够造成的电缆断芯、起旋、绝缘层粘连破损、护套破损的问题。导体采用铜包铝导体,解决传统导体散热不佳的问题。
为实现以上目的,采用以下技术方案:铜包铝芯耐寒耐扭转电缆,由单束导芯或者多束导芯成缆构成,每束导芯由一根或一根以上铜包铝导体绞制形成,其特征在于,铜包铝芯外缠绕耐火云母带,在耐火云母带外为含无卤阻燃剂的绝缘层,导芯挤包绝缘层成缆后绕包非吸湿性绝缘带,非吸湿性绝缘带外注塑氯磺化聚乙烯橡皮护套,非吸湿性绝缘带与绝缘层间充满无卤填充绳。
所述的含无卤阻燃剂的绝缘层可以是含无卤阻燃剂的聚氨酯弹性体,也可以是含无卤阻燃剂的热塑性弹性体。
本实用新型有益效果:添加耐火云母带之后,耐火性能加强,含无卤阻燃剂的聚氨酯弹性体不产生有毒烟气,对环境无污染,且防划伤,无噪音,使用寿命长,减少成本,耐温性在零下20度至高温120度,无毒无味,并且具有很好的抗冲击和抗疲劳性能,高抗撕裂强度,耐磨、耐气候、耐油的优点。非吸湿绝缘带有效防止绝缘与护套粘连。氯磺化聚乙烯橡皮护套在酮和醚中只能溶胀不能溶解,有优异的耐臭氧性、耐大气老化性、耐化学腐蚀性等,较好的物理机械性能、耐老化性能、耐热及耐低温性、耐油性、耐燃性、耐磨性、及耐电绝缘性,在零下40度的环境下依然保持良好的性能。该电缆解决了因抗寒,抗扭强度不够造成的电缆断芯、起旋、绝缘层粘连破损、护套破损的问题,延长了电缆使用寿命。
