技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种地铁隧道全站仪远程自动化变形监测设备中的远程控制供电的装置,属于全站仪供电的远程控制装置的创新技术。
背景技术
目前, 在地铁隧道全站仪远程自动化变形监测系统中,普遍采用电源适配器加Y型电缆的方式为全站仪供电,这种供电方式存在以下不足:(1)数字信号传输线路与供电线路分离,虽然可以通过远程控制全站仪开关机,但不能切断供电电源,仪器始终处于通电状态,会造成仪器损耗,缩短仪器使用寿命。(2)全站仪的软件系统发生运行错误,造成仪器死机时,无法远程重启,只能到现场进行人工处理,不利于远程自动监测实施。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于考虑上述问题而提供一种全站仪供电的远程控制装置。本实用新型克服远程自动化变形监测系统中全站仪普通供电方式的不足,实现全站仪供电的远程控制。
本实用新型的技术方案是:本实用新型的全站仪供电的远程控制装置, 包括有数据传输模块、继电器、全站仪供电通讯端口,其中数据传输模块通过通讯接口与继电器连接,继电器通过仪器供电线与全站仪供电通讯端口连接。
本实用新型的全站仪供电的远程控制装置,在数据传输模块的开关信号输出端与全站仪供电线路正极间连接一继电器,利用数据传输模块的无线通讯功能和开关信号输出功能,通过GPRS/CDMA网络远程给数据传输模块发送开关指令,控制继电器的开合,实现全站仪供电的远程控制。另外,本实用新型将数字信号传输线路与供电线路集成在一起,直接通过数据传输模块给仪器供电,利用数据传输模块的无线通讯功能和开关信号输出功能,实现了全站仪供电的远程控制,减少仪器损耗;在仪器死机时,可通过断电后再通电的方式实现远程重启。本实用新型是一种设计巧妙,性能优良,操作简单,方便实用的全站仪供电的远程控制装置。

本实用新型的结构示意图如图1所示,本实用新型的全站仪供电的远程控制装置,包括有数据传输模块1、继电器5、全站仪供电通讯端口9,其中数据传输模块1通过通讯接口2与继电器5连接,继电器5通过仪器供电线6与全站仪供电通讯端口9连接。
本实施例中,上述通讯接口2是RS232接口。
本实施例中,上述RS232接口包括有RXD接口21、TXD接口22,全站仪供电通讯端口9的仪器RXD端口92及仪器TXD端口93通过仪器数字信号线7与RS232接口的RXD接口21及TXD接口22连接。
本实施例中,上述RS232接口还包括有DTR接口23、RTS接口25,其中DTR接口23及RTS接口25通过继电器常闭端接线3与继电器5的常闭端连接,RTS接口25通过继电器常开端接线4与继电器5的常开端连接。
本实施例中,上述RS232接口还包括有GND接口24,全站仪供电通讯端口9的仪器GND端口91通过仪器接地线8与RS232接口的GND接口24连接。
本实施例中,上述继电器5通过仪器供电线6与全站仪供电通讯端口9的仪器供电正极94连接。
本实用新型的工作原理是:远程控制端(如计算机)通过GPRS/CDMA网络远程给数据传输模块1发送开关指令,控制数据传输模块1的开关信号输出,通过开关信号控制继电器5的开合,实现全站仪供电的远程控制。

1.一种全站仪供电的远程控制装置,其特征在于包括有数据传输模块、继电器、全站仪供电通讯端口,其中数据传输模块通过通讯接口与继电器连接,继电器通过仪器供电线与全站仪供电通讯端口连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的全站仪供电的远程控制装置,其特征在于上述通讯接口是RS232接口。
3.根据权利要求2所述的全站仪供电的远程控制装置,其特征在于上述RS232接口包括有RXD接口、TXD接口,仪器供电通讯端口的仪器RXD端口及仪器TXD端口通过仪器数字信号线与RS232接口的RXD接口及TXD接口连接。
4.根据权利要求2所述的全站仪供电的远程控制装置,其特征在于上述RS232接口包括有DTR接口、RTS接口,其中DTR接口及RTS接口通过继电器常闭端接线与继电器的常闭端连接,RTS接口通过继电器常开端接线与继电器的常开端连接。
5.根据权利要求2所述的全站仪供电的远程控制装置,其特征在于上述RS232接口包括有GND接口,全站仪供电通讯端口的仪器GND端口通过仪器接地线与RS232接口的GND接口连接。
6.根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的全站仪供电的远程控制装置,其特征在于上述继电器通过仪器供电线与全站仪供电通讯端口的仪器供电正极连接。
