技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种多级气路过滤装置，尤其涉及一种可过滤气体管路中的油、水、尘等的多级气路过滤装置。
背景技术
目前在油田储运中心，现场检测大型罐体内可燃气体与氧气的含量，罐体内混有烟尘与部分油性物质，环境为温度：60至70摄氏度，湿度：95%以上，压力：泵吸负压。传统气路过滤系统采用的技术方案为：在管路的前端设置两个排水过滤器，先由第一个排水过滤器对气体管路进行初级过滤，主要过滤大颗粒烟尘及水，再由第二个排水过滤器对气体管路中的油性物质和少量水进行二次过滤。在初期使用上述过滤系统过程中，系统运行良好，基本能达到预期的过滤效果，但过滤系统工作一定周期后，由于气路中的烟尘、油、水较多，使排水过滤器严重堵塞，导致影响整套系统的工作稳定性。
发明内容
针对上述问题，本实用新型的目的是一种可过滤气体管路中的油、水、尘等，过滤效果良好，可保障整过滤套系统的工作稳定性的一种多级气路过滤装置。
为了实现本实用新型的目的，本实用新型所采用的技术方案是：一种多级气路过滤装置，包括气泵装置、Y型过滤器、前置过滤器、水雾过滤器、油水过滤器、流量计、检测仪；其特征在于：所述气泵装置连接Y型过滤器和水雾过滤器，所述Y型过滤器连接前置过滤器，所述水雾过滤器连接油水过滤器，所述油水过滤器连接流量计，所述流量计连接检测仪。
所述Y型过滤器和前置过滤器之间设有二通球阀。
所述前置过滤器上设有进气入口。
所述水雾过滤器和油水过滤器之间设有调节阀。
所述油水过滤器和流量计之间设有三通球阀。
所述水雾过滤器上设有第一排水管。
所述油水过滤器上设有第二排水管。
所述气泵装置上设有按钮。
本实用新型的有益效果是：过滤效果良好，可保障整过滤套系统的工作稳定性。

一种多级气路过滤装置，包括气泵装置5、Y型过滤器4、前置过滤器2、水雾过滤器7、油水过滤器11、流量计13、检测仪14；其特征在于：所述气泵装置5连接Y型过滤器4和水雾过滤器7，所述Y型过滤器4连接前置过滤器2，所述水雾过滤器7连接油水过滤器11，所述油水过滤器11连接流量计13，所述流量计13连接检测仪14。
所述Y型过滤器4和前置过滤器2之间设有二通球阀3。
所述前置过滤器2上设有进气入口1。
所述水雾过滤器7和油水过滤器11之间设有调节阀9。
所述油水过滤器11和流量计13之间设有三通球阀12。
所述水雾过滤器7上设有第一排水管8。
所述油水过滤器11上设有第二排水管10。
所述气泵装置上设有按钮6。
具体实施方式二：
本实用新型整个过滤系统共设置四级过滤方式，分别为一级前置过滤器2放置在气路前端，过滤管路中大颗粒烟尘，避免管路中形成大量的由水和烟尘组成的淤泥，该前置过滤器2为纸质材料方便更换，当前置过滤器2内部烟尘积满时可暂停设备运行更换上全新的前置过滤器2。二级Y型过滤器4，放置在分析仪总路前端，可过滤管路中小颗粒烟尘，使管路中烟尘在进入抽气泵前被过滤清除。三级水雾过滤器7自动排水型，放置在抽气泵排气端，可过滤管路中由水雾转化的冷凝水，并使冷凝水从排水口自动排出。四级油水过滤器11手动排水型，放置在三级水雾过滤器7后端，可过滤管路中剩余的少量油水，并完成管路中气体与油水的最终分离，将油水从管路中过滤，并定期通过手动方式将杯中的油水排出。

1.一种多级气路过滤装置，包括气泵装置、Y型过滤器、前置过滤器、水雾过滤器、油水过滤器、流量计、检测仪；其特征在于：所述气泵装置连接Y型过滤器和水雾过滤器，所述Y型过滤器连接前置过滤器，所述水雾过滤器连接油水过滤器，所述油水过滤器连接流量计，所述流量计连接检测仪。
