背景技术
现有的晶硅双玻组件采用镀膜的低铁钢化玻璃作为前盖板,EVA及PVB等作为封装材料,透明的单层钢化玻璃作为后盖板,通过高温层压成型,得到从上至下依次为光伏玻璃—封装胶膜—电池片—封装胶膜——后盖板玻璃结构的典型晶硅双玻光伏组件。晶硅双玻组件能够在建筑外围保护结构的表面安装光伏组件提供电力,同时作为建筑结构的功能部分,其是一种光伏发电模块和建筑的基础技术,所形成的产品可广泛应用于建筑物的遮阳、幕墙、屋顶、门窗等部位,在满足采光和建筑美学基础上,提供清洁环保电能。但这种双玻光伏组件的后盖板是使用透明的单层钢化玻璃,在白天有光照的情况下,未被晶硅电池吸收的太阳光能够穿过后盖板玻璃,造成光能的浪费;在夜晚不易隔绝室外的热量及噪音,对室内造成影响。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种新型双玻光伏组件,有效隔绝室外的热量及噪音,减少能量耗用,且夜晚荧光层发光,增加建筑的视觉效果。
本实用新型解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种新型双玻光伏组件,依次包括前玻璃盖板、前封装胶膜、晶硅电池、后封装胶膜和后玻璃盖板,其特征在于:所述后玻璃盖板为夹层中空玻璃,所述后玻璃盖板内表面上设有荧光层。
本实用新型的有益效果是: 后玻璃盖板采用夹层中空玻璃,有效隔绝室外的热量及噪音,减少能量耗用;在后玻璃盖板内表面上设有荧光层,夜晚荧光层发光,增加建筑的视觉效果。
