背景技术
在流体食品（比如牛奶）制造的设备中，有运输流体食品的管道，此管道的内壁因为卫生和人的健康要求，需要对其内壁进行定期不定期的检测。但是，现在的爬行器的照明装置的光照到管道内壁上，容易反光，影响爬行器内窥镜的检测效果。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种设有辅助照明装置的管道爬行器，其能光线柔和。

一种管道爬行器的辅助照明装置，包括照明灯与设在其前方的透光的灯片，灯片为凸透镜。
所述灯片31的材料为玻璃。
本实用新型的有益效果为：和现有技术相比，本实用新型可以使照明灯的灯光通过凸透镜变得发散，光线更加柔和，能使内窥镜取得更好的探测效果，图像更清晰。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示，一种设有辅助照明装置的管道爬行器，包括管道爬行器本体1，管道爬行器本体1的前端设有内窥镜2，侧面设有辅助照明装置3，辅助照明装置3包括照明灯与设在其前方的透光的灯片31。
辅助照明装置3通过锁紧杆4固定在道爬行器本体1，通过锁紧杆4的张紧可以使辅助照明装置3旋转，调整辅助照明装置3和内窥镜2的夹角。
灯片31为玻璃的凸透镜。可以使照明灯的灯光发散，光线更加柔和，能使内窥镜2取得更好的探测效果。
辅助照明装置3可设置多组，均匀分布在管道爬行器本体1的同一个横截面上。可使灯光为循环光，效果更好。
管道爬行器本体1还固定有电源连接器插座8，电源连接器插座8的外侧设有密封板7，密封板7通过螺钉9和管道爬行器本体1固定。
本实用新型的侧面设有辅助照明装置，辅助照明装置通过锁紧杆固定在道爬行器本体上，通过锁紧杆的张紧可以使辅助照明装置旋转，调整辅助照明装置和内窥镜的夹角。通过夹角的调整，可使灯光没有炫光，加上多个辅助照明装置，可使灯光为循环光，能使内窥镜的图像更清晰。

1.一种管道爬行器的辅助照明装置，其特征在于：所述辅助照明装置包括照明灯与设在其前方的透光的灯片（31），灯片（31）为凸透镜。
2.如权利要求1所述的管道爬行器的辅助照明装置，其特征在于：所述灯片（31）的材料为玻璃。
