本实用新型属于一种装饰照明装置,尤其涉及一种侧发光光条。 
背景技术
目前室内外使用的侧发光光条,其LED发光面直接往外照射,具有发光亮度强的特点,但是这种侧发光光条光线不够均匀,并且会有暗区,影响了光条的整体美观性。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种发光均匀的侧发光光条。 
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供一种侧发光光条,包括LED和与所述LED电性连接的PCB,所述LED具有发光面,所述发光面与PCB垂直,所述发光面的正面设置有散光条。 
进一步地,所述散光条的横截面呈D形,所述D形散光条的弧形面朝向外侧,其竖直面与所述发光面连接。 
进一步地,所述D形散光条的竖直面顶端与发光面顶面齐平。 
进一步地,所述PCB为柔性PCB。 
进一步地,所述PCB、LED和散光条的外侧包裹有光条外膜。 
进一步地,所述光条外膜采用PVC胶料。 
该侧发光光条的发光面设置散光条,当PCB通电LED点亮后,发光面发射的光线经过散光条向外发光,利用散光条的均光扩散作用,使光条的整条光通亮并发光均光,无斑点暗区,并且光条光线更加柔和,如霓虹一样,增加了光条的美观性。

如图1和图2所示,本实用新型实施例提供的一种侧发光光条,包括PCB1和LED2,PCB1与LED2电性连接,LED2具有发光面21,发光面21与PCB1垂直,发光面21的正面设置有散光条3。 
该侧发光光条的发光面21设置散光条3,当PCB1通电LED2点亮后,发光面21发射的光线经过散光条3向外发光,利用散光条3的均光扩散作用,使光条的整条光通亮并发光均光,无斑点暗区,并且光条光线更加柔和,如霓虹一样,增加了光条的美观性。 
具体地,散光条3的横截面呈D形,D形散光条3的弧形面31朝向外侧,其竖直面32与发光面21连接。发光面21发射的光线从竖直面32进入散光条3内,经过散光条3的均光,从弧形面31向外照射柔和光线。D形散光条3的竖直面32顶端与发光面21顶面齐平,使发光面21的光线能够全部从竖直面32进入散光条3。 
PCB1采用柔性PCB1,当光条弯曲时,防止PCB1被折变形,不会损坏PCB1板体。同时由于发光面21与PCB1垂直,使光条弯曲时PCB1不会短路,保证光条弯曲成任意形状都能够正常工作。 
PCB1、LED2和散光条3的外侧包裹有光条外膜4,光线进过散光条3均光后,透过光条外膜4向外发出霓虹般的亮光。光条外膜4可以采用PVC胶料, 以保证光条的优质防水性。

1.一种侧发光光条,包括LED和与所述LED电性连接的PCB,所述LED具有发光面,所述发光面与PCB垂直,其特征在于:所述发光面的正面设置有散光条。
2.如权利要求1所述的侧发光光条,其特征在于,所述散光条的横截面呈D形,所述D形散光条的弧形面朝向外侧,其竖直面与所述发光面连接。
3.如权利要求2所述的侧发光光条,其特征在于,所述D形散光条的竖直面顶端与发光面顶面齐平。
4.如权利要求1所述的侧发光光条,其特征在于,所述PCB为柔性PCB。
5.如权利要求1所述的侧发光光条,其特征在于,所述PCB、LED和散光条的外侧包裹有光条外膜。
6.如权利要求5所述的侧发光光条,其特征在于,所述光条外膜采用PVC胶料。
