Abstract

本发明公开了一种可360°发光的柔性灯带,包括透明胶层,所述透明胶层中设置有中空腔,所述中空腔中安装有电路基板,所述电路基板上设置有LED灯珠,所述透明胶层的横截面为圆形面,所述透明胶层可360°透光。本发明结构简单紧凑,360°发光,避免灯带在LED灯珠位置出现暗区,大大的提高了灯带的照明和装饰效果,灯带的照明和装饰也不会因灯带扭曲缠绕而受影响。

一种可360°发光的柔性灯带
技术领域
本发明涉及灯带,具体来说是一种可360°发光的柔性灯带。
背景技术
LED灯带由于其具有柔软、能任意卷曲、方便剪切和延接、易于摆造型以及耐气候性强等特点,而被广泛应用在各种装饰照亮场合如桥梁、花园、粉牌等。
传统技术中的灯带由于灯带本身构造问题,使得灯带一般都为正面发光,当LED灯珠的亮度较大时,在LED灯珠位置会出现比较大的暗区,使得灯带的照明以及装饰效果大打折扣。
另外,传统技术中的灯带由于只有一面出光,而在安装灯带时,由于灯带较长容易扭曲缠绕,使得部分灯带的发光面贴近壁面,无法充分的发挥灯带的照明和装饰效果。
因此,有必要对现有的灯带进行改进和优化。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种可360°发光的柔性灯带,结构简单紧凑,360°发光,避免灯带在LED灯珠位置出现暗区,大大的提高了灯带的照明和装饰效果,灯带的照明和装饰也不会因灯带扭曲缠绕而受影响。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种可360°发光的柔性灯带,包括透明胶层,所述透明胶层中设置有中空腔,所述中空腔中安装有电路基板,所述电路基板上设置有LED灯珠,所述透明胶层的横截面为圆形面,所述透明胶层可360°透光。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述透明胶层中设置有用于反射光线的通道。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述通道沿灯带的长度方向延伸,并贯穿至整条灯带。
进一步,所述通道截面呈圆形,通道为一圆形孔道。
本发明的有益效果是:采用上述结构的本发明,通过将所述透明胶层的横截面为圆形面,使得透明胶层可360°透光,摒弃了传统技术中灯带正面发光的结构,避免了灯带在LED灯珠位置出现暗区,大大的提高了灯带的照明和装饰效果,灯带的照明和装饰也不会因灯带扭曲缠绕而受影响。本发明结构简单紧凑,实施成本低廉,可以用来替代T4、T5灯管,且本身能够做的较长,不用接驳,大场景布置更方便快捷。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
参照图1,本发明的一种可360°发光的柔性灯带,包括透明胶层1,所述透明胶层1中设置有中空腔,所述中空腔中安装有电路基板2,所述电路基板2上设置有LED灯珠,所述透明胶层1的横截面为圆形面,所述透明胶层1可360°透光。
在本实施例中,优选的,所述透明胶层1中设置有用于反射光线的通道3,通道3能够将LED灯珠发出的光线进行漫反射,使得整个灯带的发光变得更加的通透,灯带360°发光效果更好。
通道3的结构和布置方式多种多样,优选的,所述通道3沿灯带的长度方向延伸,并贯穿至整条灯带,所述通道3的截面呈圆形,通道3为一圆形孔道,利用圆形孔道的孔壁更容易反射光线,且反射光线的角度大和全。
采用上述结构的本发明,通过将所述透明胶层1的横截面为圆形面,使得透明胶层可360°透光,摒弃了传统技术中灯带正面发光的结构,避免了灯带在LED灯珠位置出现暗区,大大的提高了灯带的照明和装饰效果,灯带的照明和装饰也不会因灯带扭曲缠绕而受影响。本发明结构简单紧凑,实施成本低廉,可以用来替代T4、T5灯管,且本身能够做的较长,不用接驳,大场景布置更方便快捷。

1.一种可360°发光的柔性灯带,其特征在于:包括透明胶层,所述透明胶层中设置有中空腔,所述中空腔中安装有电路基板,所述电路基板上设置有LED灯珠,所述透明胶层的横截面为圆形面,所述透明胶层可360°透光。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可360°发光的柔性灯带,其特征在于:所述透明胶层中设置有用于反射光线的通道。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种可360°发光的柔性灯带,其特征在于:所述通道沿灯带的长度方向延伸,并贯穿至整条灯带。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的一种可360°发光的柔性灯带,其特征在于:所述通道截面呈圆形,通道为一圆形孔道。
