连续油管带电缆射孔工具组合
技术领域
本实用新型涉及油田射孔技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种连续油管带电缆射孔工具组合。
背景技术
射孔作为一种常见的油田工艺,是指用专门的射孔工具射穿油气层部位的套管、水泥环并深入油气层,使井筒与地层联通,达到油气流入井筒目的的工艺。
目前,国内外在油田射孔领域采用的工艺方法主要分为两种,一种是油管传输射孔,另一种是电缆输送射孔。
其中,油管传输射孔工艺是利用油管将射孔枪下到油层部位射孔。一般的,将所要射开的油气层的射孔器全部串连在一起,连接在油管的尾端形成一个硬连接的管串下入井中,通过在油管内测量放射性曲线或磁定位曲线校深,并对准射孔地层采用投棒、分级等多种引爆方式引爆射孔器。例如,油管下部连接压差式封隔器,带孔短节和引爆系统,通过压差引爆的方式完成射孔作业。然而,采用此种油管传输射孔需凭借修井机,占地面积大,费用高,作业过程中需要进行接单根作业,人工成本高,效率低。
电缆输送射孔是在油气水井压井后装好防喷器和大阀门敞开井口的情况下,利用电缆下入射孔枪通过在电缆上的磁性定位器测出定位对比曲线调整射孔枪深度对准层位进行射孔。采用电缆输送射孔,虽可避免起下油管作业,一定程度提高工作效率,但由于电缆柔性大,无法满足大斜度井、水平井的射孔需要。
综上所述,如何有效地解决油田射孔占地面积大、费用高、效率低、不能满足大斜度井、水平井的射孔需要等问题,是目前本领域技术人员急需解决的问题。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种连续油管带电缆射孔工具组合,该连续油管带电缆射孔工具组合可以有效地解决油田射孔占地面积大、费用高、效率低、不能满足大斜度井、水平井的射孔需要的问题。
一种连续油管带电缆射孔工具组合,包括依次连接的连续油管、连续油管接头、测井工具串或射孔工具串,所述连续油管的内部设置有电缆。
优选地,上述连续油管带电缆射孔工具组合中,所述测井工具串包括依次连接的单向阀短节、电缆密封头和校深工具串,且所述单向阀短节与所述连续油管接头连接。
优选地,上述连续油管带电缆射孔工具组合中,所述校深工具串包括依次连接的伽马和磁定位。
优选地,上述连续油管带电缆射孔工具组合中,射孔工具串包括依次连接的单流阀、筛管、起爆装置和枪体,所述单流阀与所述连续油管接头连接。
优选地,上述连续油管带电缆射孔工具组合中,所述起爆装置包括依次连接的压力起爆器和延时起爆器,且所述压力起爆器与所述筛管连接。
优选地,上述连续油管带电缆射孔工具组合中,所述连续油管的固定端和进液端与进液三通固定连接,所述进液三通的三条管路分别与连续油管、进液口和电缆通道连通。
优选地,上述连续油管带电缆射孔工具组合中,所述连续油管缠绕于连续油管滚筒上,所述连续油管滚筒包括设置于端面的滑环,所述滑环包括动轴与静轴,所述动轴随连续油管滚筒转动,所述静轴静止,所述电缆置于所述静轴的通孔中。
本实用新型提供连续油管带电缆射孔工具组合的包括依次连接的连续油管、连续油管接头、测井工具串或射孔工具串。通过连续油管与测井工具串的组合进行井深校核,再通过连续油管与射孔工具串的组合进行射孔作业。
应用本实用新型提供的连续油管带电缆射孔工具组合,连续油管与测井工具串或射孔工具串的结构,一方面由于连续油管高强度、高韧性和高承压能力带压作业的特点,能够满足大斜度井、水平井的射孔需求,使得其应用范围更为广泛。另一方面,连续油管可实现连续作业,作业时间短,效率高。同时,由于其可以带压生产,无需引入压机,整体设备占地面积小。另外,通过电缆传输,更为高效。综上所述,连续油管的引入降低了作业井的成本,提高了经济效益,且射孔作业更为精确。
在一种优选的实施方式中,本实用新型提供的连续油管带电缆射孔工具组合包括依次连接的连续油管、连续油管接头、单向阀短节、电缆密封头、伽马和磁定位。作业时,磁定位测量钻孔内套管接箍位置,伽马测量地层伽马射线强度,进行地层深度校正。通过对井深数据进行测量、校核,同时在连续油管特定位置进行相应磁标记和明标记,记录射孔段的位置,使得进一步射孔作业更为精准。

具体实施方式
本实用新型实施例公开了一种连续油管带电缆射孔工具组合,以满足大斜度井、水平井的射孔需要,且油田射孔占地面积小、费用低、效率高。
下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
请参阅图1,图1为本实用新型提供的连续油管带电缆射孔工具组合第一种具体实施方式的结构示意图。
在第一种具体实施方式中,本实用新型提供的连续油管带电缆射孔工具组合,包括依次连接的连续油管1、连续油管接头2、单向阀短节3、电缆密封头4、伽马5和磁定位6。
其中,连续油管1为用低碳合金钢制作的管材,有很好的绕性,代替常规油管进行作业。连续油管1一般的由连续油管作业车提供,其地面连接设备一般包括检测设备、压力控制设备、井口连接等。连续油管的引入,一方面可以实现连续作业,提高效率;无需压井,可实现带压作业;同时可以用于大斜度井、水平井等,使用范围更为广泛。
连续油管接头2用于连接连续油管1与测井工具串或射孔工具串。具体的,连续油管接头2可以为外部连接器、内连接器等。结合连续油管1的形状,一般的,连续油管1与连续油管接头2的连接方式可采用螺纹连接或外部和内部卡瓦式连接。
射孔作业时,需先进行井深校核作业,因而需采用连续油管作业设备与测井工具连接。具体的,也就是通过依次连接的连续油管1、连续油管接头2和测井工具串进行井深校核作业。具体的,用于连续油管1与测井工具串连接时,连续油管接头2可采用变扣式转换接头。
在上述第一种具体实施方式中,测井工具串包括依次连接的单向阀短节3,电缆密封头4,伽马5和磁定位6。
其中,单向阀短节3用于确保循环介质单向流动,防止井内液体倒流带来的作业风险。
连续油管1内设有固定装置,将电缆穿入连续油管内部。电缆经连续油管,在其自由端穿出,并连接相应的单向阀短节3与电缆密封头4。具体的可在连续油管1的固定端和进液端固定连接进液三通12。请参阅图3,图3为进液三通的结构示意图。进液三通12的三条管路分别与连续油管1、进液口121和电缆管路122连通。电缆的设置能够为连续油管作业传输电信号,保证其正常作业。电缆密封头4用于固定、密封连续油管内的电缆,同时可以与下井仪器配接。
伽马5和磁定位6为主要的校深工具串。一般的,磁定位6是测量钻孔内套管接箍位置的仪器。由装在铜质外壳内的永久磁铁和线圈组成。当仪器在井中移动经过套管接箍时,由于接箍处套管加厚,改变了磁铁周围磁场的分布,使穿过线圈的磁通量变化而产生感应电动势。记录感应电流的大小,将得到一条套管接箍曲线。根据套管接箍曲线,配合放射性测井曲线可以准确确定井中射孔位置。而伽马5主要用于测量地层伽马射线强度,用于地层深度校正。测量过程中,探头将伽马射线能量转化成脉冲信号,并经过整形编码等一系列处理由电缆送至地面系统。
在作业工程中,严格控制连续油管1下放速度,直井段、斜井段以及水平段分别控制速度,防止遇阻严重对工具串产生破坏。到达设计井段后,测井仪器供电开始对井深数据进行测量、校核,同时在连续油管1特定位置进行相应磁标记和明标记,记录射孔段的位置。
井深校核作业完成后,起钻更换射孔工具串进行射孔作业。
请参阅图2,图2为本实用新型提供的连续油管带电缆射孔工具组合第二种具体实施方式的结构示意图。
在第二种具体实施方式中,本实用新型提供的连续油管带电缆射孔工具组合包括依次连接的连续油管1、连续油管接头2、单流阀7、筛管8、压力起爆器9、延时起爆器10、枪体11。
其中,连续油管1和连续油管接头2的作用及结构与上文所述相同,此处不再赘述。
为进行射孔作业,需采用连续油管作业设备与射孔工具连接。具体的,也就是通过依次连接的连续油管1、连续油管接头2和射孔工具串进行射孔作业。
具体的,上述射孔工具串可以包括依次连接的单流阀7、筛管8、压力起爆器9、延时起爆器10和枪体11。
单流阀7的作用亦为防止流体回流,筛管8的作用主要为防砂。压力起爆器9和延时起爆器10为起爆装置。根据上述测井工具串做好的标记,当射孔工具串下放至标记深度后,可通过连续油管内或环空加压的方式引爆,完成射孔作业。需要指出的是,引爆并不局限于压力引爆,也可更换起爆装置等相应的工具串,通过电缆实现电引爆。相应的,枪体11具体的可根据不同的引爆方式,选择合适的型号或种类。
在作业工程中,下放时需严格控制连续油管1下放速度,直井段、斜井段以及水平段分别控制速度,防止遇阻严重对工具串产生破坏。同时,当需要向连续油管1内泵入保护压时,控制压力在一定范围以内,防止对起爆装置产生影响。
具体的,连续油管1缠绕于连续油管滚筒13上。请参阅图4,图4为连续油管滚筒的结构示意图。为防止连续油管滚筒13的旋转导致电缆扭曲、弯折,影响测井施工的顺利实施,可以在连续油管滚筒13的端面设置滑环14,滑环14又包括动轴和静轴,动轴随连续油管滚筒13转动,而静轴在连续油管滚筒13转动时能够保持静止,电缆置于静轴的通孔中。从而,在连续油管1下放上提过程中,有效防止了连续油管滚筒13旋转导致的电缆扭曲、弯折,进一步确保测了测井施工的顺利实施。

1.一种连续油管带电缆射孔工具组合,其特征在于,包括依次连接的连续油管(1)、连续油管接头(2)、测井工具串或射孔工具串,所述连续油管(1)的内部设置有电缆。
2.根据权利要求1所述的连续油管带电缆射孔工具组合,其特征在于,所述测井工具串包括依次连接的单向阀短节(3)、电缆密封头(4)和校深工具串,且所述单向阀短节(3)与所述连续油管接头(2)连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的连续油管带电缆射孔工具组合,其特征在于,所述校深工具串包括依次连接的伽马(5)和磁定位(6)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的连续油管带电缆射孔工具组合,其特征在于,射孔工具串包括依次连接的单流阀(7)、筛管(8)、起爆装置和枪体(11),所述单流阀(7)与所述连续油管接头(2)连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的连续油管带电缆射孔工具组合,其特征在于,所述起爆装置包括依次连接的压力起爆器(9)和延时起爆器(10),且所述压力起爆器(9)与所述筛管(8)连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的连续油管带电缆射孔工具组合,其特征在于,所述连续油管(1)的固定端和进液端与进液三通(12)固定连接,所述进液三通(12)的三条管路分别与连续油管(1)、进液口(121)和电缆通道(122)连通。
7.根据权利要求1所述的连续油管带电缆射孔工具组合,其特征在于,所述连续油管(1)缠绕于连续油管滚筒(13)上,所述连续油管滚筒(13)包括设置于端面的滑环(14),所述滑环(14)包括动轴与静轴,所述动轴随连续油管滚筒(13)转动,所述静轴静止,所述电缆置于所述静轴的通孔中。
