Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种连续油管钻磨水平段水泥塞井下工具组合,包括依次连接的连续油管、连续油管连接器、探塞工具串或钻磨工具串,所述探塞工具串能够确定水泥塞面位置,所述钻磨工具串能够对所述水泥塞面进行钻磨。应用本实用新型提供的连续油管钻磨水平段水泥塞井下工具组合时,可根据井眼的大小,灵活变动工具串的尺寸,因而可以满足小井眼井的钻磨。同时,工具串可以有效通过狗腿度大、有台阶的井段,可应用于长水平段的水泥塞钻磨,因而适用性更为广泛。且通过连续油管,钻磨过程中无需停泵,可实现连续钻进,进而有效降低了钻磨过程中的卡钻风险,提高了作业效率。同时,采用连续油管,可进行带压井尤其是钻通后压力较高的井的钻磨作业。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及水泥塞钻磨技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种连续油管钻磨水平段水泥塞井下工具组合。
背景技术
水泥塞钻磨是石油天气行业钻井、修井领域的常用技术。近年来,随着钻井技术水平的不断进步及采油要求不断的提高,水平井、大斜度井、分支井相继出现,并逐渐被更多的人所认识,也越来越多地得以推广应用。其中,水平井一般是指井斜角达到或接近90°,井身沿着水平方向钻进一定长度的井。
目前,对于水平井段钻磨水泥塞可以采用中国石油化工股份有限公司提出的修井钻塞管柱。请参阅图1,图1为现有技术中常见的钻磨水泥塞管柱组合的结构示意图。上述管柱组合包括自上而下依次连接的顶驱01、旋塞02、油管03、钻铤04、缓冲器05和钻头06。在进行钻塞施工时,将施工管柱组配后下入井内,开泵循环,循环液经过油套环空将灰渣等携带返出至地面,启动顶驱01旋转,通过下放钻铤04给钻头06加压钻进,由缓冲器05对加压进行自动调节,实现钻压稳定、平稳钻进施工。如果在钻进中发生井喷,关闭井口防喷器和旋塞,即可达到控制井喷的目的。
然而,上述管柱组合在钻塞的过程中需要停泵加立柱,不能建立全过程的循环,容易发生卡钻风险。同时,由于引入顶驱01,其系统复杂,维护困难,作业成本升高,进而综合效益降低。另外,上述管柱组合无法满足小井眼钻塞施工。
综上所述,如何有效地解决钻磨水平段水泥塞过程易卡钻、设备作业成本高、综合效益低且适用性较差等问题,是目前本领域技术人员急需解决的问题。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种连续油管钻磨水平段水泥塞井下工具组合,该连续油管钻磨水平段水泥塞井下工具组合可以有效地解决钻磨水平段水泥塞过程易卡钻、设备作业成本高、综合效益低且适用性较差的问题。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:
一种连续油管钻磨水平段水泥塞井下工具组合,包括依次连接的连续油管、连续油管连接器、探塞工具串或钻磨工具串,所述探塞工具串能够确定水泥塞面位置,所述钻磨工具串能够对所述水泥塞面进行钻磨。
优选地,上述连续油管钻磨水平段水泥塞井下工具组合中,所述探塞工具串包括依次连接的单流阀和冲洗头,且所述单流阀和所述连续油管连接器连接。
优选地,上述连续油管钻磨水平段水泥塞井下工具组合中,所述单流阀为双活瓣单流阀。
优选地,上述连续油管钻磨水平段水泥塞井下工具组合中,所述钻磨工具串包括依次连接的单流阀、断开装置、扶正器、螺杆马达和磨鞋,所述单流阀与所述连续油管连接器连接。
优选地,上述连续油管钻磨水平段水泥塞井下工具组合中,所述断开装置为液压丢手。
优选地,上述连续油管钻磨水平段水泥塞井下工具组合中,所述单流阀为双活瓣单流阀。
优选地,上述连续油管钻磨水平段水泥塞井下工具组合中,所述扶正器为刚性扶正器。
优选地,上述连续油管钻磨水平段水泥塞井下工具组合中,所述连续油管连接器、所述双活瓣单流阀、所述液压丢手、所述刚性扶正器、所述螺杆马达和所述磨鞋两两之间为螺纹连接。
本实用新型提供的连续油管钻磨水平段水泥塞井下工具组合中包括依次连接的连续油管、连续油管连接器、探塞工具串或钻磨工具串。通过连续油管与探塞工具串的组合进行探塞作业,明确塞面位置;并通过连续油管与钻磨工具串的组合进行钻磨作业。
应用本实用新型提供的连续油管钻磨水平段水泥塞井下工具组合时,可根据井眼的大小,灵活变动工具串的尺寸,因而可以满足小井眼井的钻磨。同时,连续油管自身的柔性大,因而工具串可以有效通过狗腿度大、有台阶的井段,并依靠配套设备注入头的下推能力,增加水平段的位移延伸,可应用于长水平段的水泥塞钻磨,因而上述连续油管钻磨水平段水泥塞井下工具组合的适用性更为广泛。且通过连续油管,钻磨过程中无需停泵,可实现连续钻进,进而有效降低了钻磨过程中的卡钻风险,提高了作业效率。同时,采用连续油管,可进行带压井尤其是钻通后压力较高的井的钻磨作业。

具体实施方式
本实用新型实施例公开了一种连续油管钻磨水平段水泥塞井下工具组合,以避免钻磨水平段水泥塞过程卡钻,实现对小井眼井、带压井和长水平井段等的钻磨,提高适用性,同时降低设备作业成本、提高综合效益。
下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
请参阅图2,图2为本实用新型提供的连续油管钻磨水平段水泥塞井下工具组合一种具体实施方式的结构示意图。
在一种具体实施方式中,本实用新型提供的连续油管钻磨水平段水泥塞井下工具组合,包括依次连接的连续油管1、连续油管连接器2、双活瓣单流阀3和冲洗头8。
其中,连续油管1一般为绕性较好的低碳合金钢制管材,能够代替常规油管进行作业。连续油管1一般的由连续油管作业车提供。施工前,根据压力、温度、硫化氢含量等不同井况,选择合适的底面地面连接系统,如防喷盒、防喷管、防喷器、井口连接等。对于高压井的安全钻磨,可采用压力等级105MPa的防喷器,以避免井涌、井喷等事故的发生。连续油管1的引入,可以实现连续作业,有效提高作业效率。
连续油管连接器2用于连接连续油管1与下部的工具串,也就是探塞工具串或钻磨工具串。连续油管连接器2可以为外部连接器、内连接器等。结合连续油管1的形状,一般的,连续油管1与连续油管连接器2的连接方式可采用螺纹连接或外部和内部卡瓦式连接。
对水泥塞钻磨作业时,需先明确塞面的位置,因而先采用连续油管作业设备与探塞工具串连接进行探塞作业。具体的,所述工具组合为依次连接的连续油管1、连续油管连接器2和探塞工具串。
一般的,上述探塞工具串具体可以为依次连接的双活瓣单流阀3和冲洗头8,且双活瓣单流阀3通过连续油管连接器2与连续油管1连接。
其中,双活瓣单流阀3为单流阀的一种,用于防止液体回流,可以有效控制管内空间。结合实际作业环境,也可根据需要选择双球或其他单流阀。
冲洗头8可以清理井筒,同时进行探底作业,以确定水泥塞面的实际位置,并做标记,进而为下一步的水泥塞钻磨提供依据。
探塞作业完成后,更换钻磨工具串进行水泥塞钻磨作业。
请参阅图3,图3为本实用新型提供的连续油管钻磨水平段水泥塞井下工具组合另一种具体实施方式的结构示意图。
在另一种具体实施方式中,本实用新型提供的连续油管钻磨水平段水泥塞井下工具组合包括依次连接的连续油管1、连续油管连接器2、双活瓣单流阀3、液压丢手4、刚性扶正器5、螺杆马达6和磨鞋7。
其中,连续油管1和连续油管连接器2的作用及结构与上文所述相同,此处不再赘述。
为进行水泥塞钻磨作业,需采用连续油管作业设备与钻磨工具串连接。具体的,也就是通过依次连接的连续油管1、连续油管连接器2和钻磨工具串进行钻磨作业。根据不同井况,选择钻磨工具串合适的外径、内径、长度等。
具体的,上述钻磨工具串可以包括依次连接的双活瓣单流阀3、液压丢手4、刚性扶正器5、螺杆马达6和磨鞋7。
双活瓣单流阀3的作用及地位与上文所述相同,此处不再详述。液压丢手4属于断开装置,即将其以下的工具串置于井内。如遇特殊情况(如卡钻)时,可脱掉刚性扶正器5、螺杆马达6和磨鞋7等工具串,以利于后续打捞。刚性扶正器5的作用主要为控制钻具方向,确保钻具组合能够有效居中,同时稳定钻压。刚性扶正器5属于机械式扶正器,结合具体作业需要,也可考虑采用其他类型的扶正器。螺杆马达6为动力组成,主要负责为磨鞋7提供动力,进行钻磨。磨鞋7,也即钻头,通过磨鞋7的作用,达到对水泥塞的钻磨效果。
施工作业时,需对不同井段(直井段、斜井段、水平段)下放速度进行控制。每下放规定深度需上提下放,防止卡钻,钻磨过程中注意钻压、泵压的变化,不得中途停泵,防止卡钻。严格按照连续油管1在直井段、斜井段、水平段的上提下放速度,防止对工具产生破坏。同时,根据钻磨情况,确定是否更换螺杆或磨鞋,如果进尺明显,可持续、不间断钻磨,提高钻磨时效,如果进尺不明显,可研究决定更换井下工具,钻磨结束后,继续冲洗至进出口液一致后上提,防止井筒内的岩屑回落发生卡钻。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。

1.一种连续油管钻磨水平段水泥塞井下工具组合,其特征在于,包括依次连接的连续油管、连续油管连接器、探塞工具串或钻磨工具串,所述探塞工具串能够确定水泥塞面位置,所述钻磨工具串能够对所述水泥塞面进行钻磨。
2.根据权利要求1所述的连续油管钻磨水平段水泥塞井下工具组合,其特征在于,所述探塞工具串包括依次连接的单流阀和冲洗头,且所述单流阀和所述连续油管连接器连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的连续油管钻磨水平段水泥塞井下工具组合,其特征在于,所述单流阀为双活瓣单流阀。
4.根据权利要求1所述的连续油管钻磨水平段水泥塞井下工具组合,其特征在于,所述钻磨工具串包括依次连接的单流阀、断开装置、扶正器、螺杆马达和磨鞋,所述单流阀与所述连续油管连接器连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的连续油管钻磨水平段水泥塞井下工具组合,其特征在于,所述断开装置为液压丢手。
6.根据权利要求5所述的连续油管钻磨水平段水泥塞井下工具组合,其特征在于,所述单流阀为双活瓣单流阀。
7.根据权利要求6所述的连续油管钻磨水平段水泥塞井下工具组合,其特征在于,所述扶正器为刚性扶正器。
8.根据权利要求7所述的连续油管钻磨水平段水泥塞井下工具组合,其特征在于,所述连续油管连接器、所述双活瓣单流阀、所述液压丢手、所述刚性扶正器、所述螺杆马达和所述磨鞋两两之间为螺纹连接。
