技术领域
本实用新型涉及安全气囊领域，具体地，涉及一种安全气囊框架及具有该安全气囊框架的副驾安全气囊。
背景技术
汽车的安全气囊主要包括主驾安全气囊和副驾安全气囊，主驾安全气囊设置在方向盘中，副驾安全气囊设置在仪表板中。副驾安全气囊主要包括气囊模块和安全气囊框架，图1是现有的安全气囊框架的立体示意图，气囊模块通过气囊框架安装在仪表板中，气囊模块上设置有气囊挂钩，气囊框架的侧壁上形成有安装孔1，气囊挂钩配合在安装孔1中。在现有的安全气囊框架中，为了不对气囊爆破造成影响，安装孔1的尺寸通常较大，以保证气囊挂钩能够以悬浮状态配合在安装孔1中。这样就使得气囊挂钩与安装孔1配合后，存在旷动量，导致气囊模块装配时不易定位安装，需要手扶协助定位。但如果单纯减小安装孔尺寸的话，不仅会造成气囊挂钩不易安装，同时也不利于气囊爆破时向上拉力的分解，影响爆破的正常进行。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种安全气囊框架，该安全气囊框架不仅能够方便气囊挂钩的安装定位，而且不会对气囊的爆破产生影响。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型提供一种安全气囊框架，该安全气囊框架的侧壁上开设有用于安装气囊挂钩的安装孔，其中，所述安全气囊框架上还形成有柔性弹片，该柔性弹片从所述安装孔的上壁向下延伸。
本实用新型还提供一种副驾安全气囊，包括气囊模块，该气囊模块上设置有气囊挂钩，其中，所述副驾安全气囊还包括如上所述的安全气囊框架，所述气囊挂钩安装在所述安装孔中，所述柔性弹片弹性压靠在所述气囊挂钩上。

以下结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式进行详细说明。应当理解的是，此处所描述的具体实施方式仅用于说明和解释本实用新型，并不用于限制本实用新型。
在本实用新型中，在未作相反说明的情况下，使用的方位词如“上、下”通常是指附图图面方向的上、下，其与本实用新型的安全气囊框架在正常使用状态下的上、下方向并无必然关系。
如图2所示，根据本实用新型的一个方面，提供一种安全气囊框架，该安全气囊框架的侧壁上开设有用于安装气囊挂钩的安装孔1，其中，安全气囊框架上还形成有柔性弹片2，该柔性弹片2从安装孔1的上壁11向下延伸。这里，术语“柔性弹片”是指强度较小且富有弹性的片状件。
在将气囊挂钩插入到本实用新型的气囊框架的安装孔1时，柔性弹片2受挤压发生弹性变形，当气囊挂钩挂住安装孔1的孔壁后，柔性弹片2弹性压靠在气囊挂钩上，保证气囊挂钩的安装稳定性，辅助气囊模块的定位安装，从而使装配气囊模块时无需进行手扶定位。当气囊爆破时，气囊挂钩对柔性弹片2施加向上的力，柔性弹片2在该力的作用下分解，从而不会对爆破产生影响。
柔性弹片2的下端可以触及安装孔1的下壁12，甚至可以以倾斜延伸的方式延伸超出安装孔1的下壁12。为了方便气囊挂钩的装配，同时为了节省材料用量，如图2和图3所示，柔性弹片2的下端可以与安装孔1的下壁12隔开一定距离。
本实用新型对于安装孔1的形状不作限制，任何形状的安装孔都可以设置柔性弹片2。需要说明的是，当安装孔1为圆形孔时，安装孔1的上壁是指孔壁的上部，安装孔1的下壁是指孔壁的下部。在图2至图5所示的实施方式中，安装孔1为矩形孔，柔性弹片2呈矩形板状。柔性弹片2的长度可以略小于安装孔1的长度。
柔性弹片2可以由强度较小的材料制成，并通过粘接等方式连接在安装孔1的下壁上。为了方便加工，优选地，如图5所示，柔性弹片2可以与气囊框架的侧壁一体成型，并且柔性弹片2的厚度小于侧壁的厚度。具体地，柔性弹片2的厚度可以为侧壁厚度的2/3至1/3。
根据本实用新型的另一方面，提供一种副驾安全气囊，包括气囊模块和根据本实用新型的安全气囊框架，所述气囊模块的气囊挂钩安装在所述安全气囊框架的安装孔1中，所述柔性弹片2弹性压靠在所述气囊挂钩上。

2.根据权利要求1所述的安全气囊框架，其特征在于，所述柔性弹片(2)的下端与所述安装孔(1)的下壁(12)隔开。
3.根据权利要求1所述的安全气囊框架，其特征在于，所述安装孔(1)为矩形孔，所述柔性弹片(2)呈矩形板状。
4.根据权利要求1所述的安全气囊框架，其特征在于，所述柔性弹片(2)与所述侧壁一体成型，所述柔性弹片(2)的厚度小于所述侧壁的厚度。
5.一种副驾安全气囊，包括气囊模块，该气囊模块上设置有气囊挂钩，其特征在于，所述副驾安全气囊还包括根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的安全气囊框架，所述气囊挂钩安装在所述安装孔(1)中，所述柔性弹片(2)弹性压靠在所述气囊挂钩上。
