背景技术
埋刮板输送机是一种传统输送设备，多用于输送粉尘、颗粒和粉块状物料，可完成水平输送和倾斜输送工作。埋刮板输送机的使用范围广泛，在冶金、建材、电厂、粮食、矿山、机械、水泥等领域都有应用。
现有技术中的埋刮板输送机占地较大，使用寿命短，容易变形、拆卸维修不方便等问题。

为了避免现有埋刮板输送机存在的地较大，使用寿命短，容易变形、拆卸维修不方便等问题，本实用新型提供一种埋刮板输送机，采用以下技术方案：埋刮板输送机，包括机头部件、刮板输送链、驱动装置、以及机尾部件；所述埋刮板输送机的上盖板为两侧均为折边结构的盖板，埋刮板输送机壳体的两侧板均采用折边成形的上下法兰，壳体内部采用可折式的上刮板链条导轨，埋刮板输送机在机尾部分采用拉力丝杆弹簧涨紧结构，尾部涨紧滑板处设置螺栓压紧装置；所述机头部件设置驱动装置，采用机头背包式结构。
优选地，所述埋刮板输送机在壳体盖板上开有多个点检观察口，壳体上垫有一层耐磨衬板。
本实用新型的有益效果：1、上盖板在盖板两侧采用折边方式，这样可增 加盖板的强度，还可以防止雨水从盖板与侧板之间进入壳体内部，影响设备的使用效果，同时也增加了设备整体的美观。壳体内部上刮板链条的导轨采用可折式，改变通常埋刮板输送机的导轨直接与壳体焊接连接方式，这样既不会因焊接造成壳体变形，还便于拆卸，而且维修更换很方便。
2、驱动装置采用机头背包式，减少驱动装置所占的地基面积，给安装施工带来方便，改变传动的受力结构，将外力转化为内力，这样不会使机头因驱动力过大而变形。
3、涨紧机构为拉力丝杆弹簧涨紧，这样使得尾部丝杆不易变形，同时，使操作更方便。

由图1所示可知，埋刮板输送机，包括机头部件(1)、刮板输送链、驱动装置、以及机尾部件(2)；所述埋刮板输送机的上盖板为两侧均为折边结构的盖板，埋刮板输送机壳体的两侧板均采用折边成形的上下法兰，壳体内部采用可折式的上刮板链条导轨，埋刮板输送机在机尾部分采用拉力丝杆弹簧(4)涨紧结构，尾部涨紧滑板处设置螺栓压紧装置(5)；所述机头部件(1)设置驱动装置(3)，采用机头背包式结构。
