本实用新型涉及到铸造行业上使用的一种浇包。
背景技术
浇包用于铸造车间浇注作业，在炉前承接金属液后，由行车运到铸型处进行浇注．它分为铁水包，钢水包，茶壶包等。浇包包体设计结构多种多样，但很多浇包对金属液流速和去浮渣很难控制，尤其在浇注较小铸件时更不容易。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种流速稳定、控制浮渣的浇包。
本实用新型的目的通过以下技术方案来实现的：浇包包括圆柱型包体，圆柱型包体上的伸出一个浇嘴，浇嘴的伸出长度大于圆柱体半径的二分之一，在浇嘴的附近设置有圆弧挡板，挡板深度为圆柱体高度的三分之一。
本实用新型的最大优点在于采用圆弧挡板，不会致使金属液急速流下，加上浇嘴长度设置，可以有效地控制流速，尤其采用手工浇注，更方便、准确。
