技术领域
本发明涉及液晶屏显示领域,尤其是一种标清液晶屏架构。
背景技术
液晶面板厂对于电视液晶模组的出货有不同的方式。目前电视液晶面板市场以半成品方式,也就是不安装背光灯的液晶屏(Open Cell)逐渐受到青睐。主要原因在于降低成本,选择采购不含背光板的半成品来取代面板成品。这种液晶屏(Open Cell),是以液晶面板、滤色镜及偏光板等原件组装而成的半成品。出货给电视厂商后,可再另行采购背光板,其采购成本比起成品面板,可大幅度降低。
发明内容
本发明提供一种标清液晶屏架构,包括一块时序控制板,2块源极板,10颗源极-覆晶薄膜,3颗栅极-覆晶薄膜,薄膜晶体管液晶显示屏;时序控制板通过柔性连接器与2块源极板相连,2块源极板通过10颗源极-覆晶薄膜与对应的薄膜晶体管液晶显示屏相连。
时序控制板包括低压差分信号输入模块、时序控制模块、电源模块和伽马模块;低压差分信号输入模块输入低压差分信号和电源,时序控制模块将低压差分信号转换为微型低压差分信号输送给源极-覆晶薄膜,时序控制模块还输出一组控制信号到源极-覆晶薄膜和栅极-覆晶薄膜;电源模块将输入的电源转换为供液晶屏显示需要的模拟电源电压、逻辑电源电压、栅极打开电压、栅极关闭电压、公共端电压,输送到源极-覆晶薄膜和栅极-覆晶薄膜;伽马模块通过电阻分压缓冲器或可编程伽马的形式将模拟电源电压分成十多组伽马电压提供给源极-覆晶薄膜;源极-覆晶薄膜和栅极-覆晶薄膜将各自处理好的信号输送给薄膜晶体管液晶显示屏。
本发明的有益效果为:结构简单,精确控制各个TFT电路的开关,配合背光源显示出各种画面。避免板子过长引起加工困难,不利于绑定和维修等问题。

具体实施方式
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种标清液晶屏架构,包括一块时序控制(T-CON)板,2块源极(SOURCE)板,10颗源极-覆晶薄膜(SOURCE COF),3颗栅极-覆晶薄膜(GATE COF),薄膜晶体管液晶显示屏(TFT-LCD);时序控制(T-CON)板通过柔性连接器(FPC/FFC)与2块源极(SOURCE)板相连,2块源极(SOURCE)板通过10颗源极-覆晶薄膜(SOURCE COF)与对应的薄膜晶体管液晶显示屏(TFT-LCD)相连。
时序控制(T-CON)板包括低压差分信号输入(LVDS INPUT)模块、时序控制(T-CON)模块、电源(POWER)模块和伽马(GAMMA)模块;低压差分信号输入(LVDS INPUT)模块输入低压差分(LVDS)信号和电源,时序控制(T-CON)模块将低压差分(LVDS)信号转换为微型低压差分(miniLVDS)信号输送给源极-覆晶薄膜(SOURCE COF),时序控制(T-CON)模块还输出一组控制信号到源极-覆晶薄膜(SOURCE COF)和栅极-覆晶薄膜(GATE COF);电源(POWER)模块将输入的电源转换为供液晶屏显示需要的电压模拟电源电压(VDDA)、逻辑电源电压(VCC)、栅极打开电压(VGH)、栅极关闭电压(VGL)、公共端电压(VCOM),输送到源极-覆晶薄膜(SOURCE COF)和栅极-覆晶薄膜(GATE COF);伽马(GAMMA)模块通过电阻分压缓冲器(+BUFFER)或可编程伽马(Pgamma)的形式将模拟电源电压(VDDA)分成十多组伽马(gamma)电压提供给源极-覆晶薄膜(SOURCE COF);源极-覆晶薄膜(SOURCE COF)和栅极-覆晶薄膜(GATE COF)将各自处理好的信号输送给薄膜晶体管液晶显示屏(TFT-LCD)。
尽管本发明就优选实施方式进行了示意和描述,但本领域的技术人员应当理解,只要不超出本发明的权利要求所限定的范围,可以对本发明进行各种变化和修改。

Claims (2)

1.一种标清液晶屏架构,其特征在于,包括:一块时序控制板,2块源极板,10颗源极-覆晶薄膜,3颗栅极-覆晶薄膜,薄膜晶体管液晶显示屏;时序控制板通过柔性连接器与2块源极板相连,2块源极板通过10颗源极-覆晶薄膜与对应的薄膜晶体管液晶显示屏相连。
2.如权利要求1所述的标清液晶屏架构,其特征在于,时序控制板包括低压差分信号输入模块、时序控制模块、电源模块和伽马模块;低压差分信号输入模块输入低压差分信号和电源,时序控制模块将低压差分信号转换为微型低压差分信号输送给源极-覆晶薄膜,时序控制模块还输出一组控制信号到源极-覆晶薄膜和栅极-覆晶薄膜;电源模块将输入的电源转换为供液晶屏显示需要的模拟电源电压、逻辑电源电压、栅极打开电压、栅极关闭电压、公共端电压,输送到源极-覆晶薄膜和栅极-覆晶薄膜;伽马模块通过电阻分压缓冲器或可编程伽马的形式将模拟电源电压分成十多组伽马电压提供给源极-覆晶薄膜;源极-覆晶薄膜和栅极-覆晶薄膜将各自处理好的信号输送给薄膜晶体管液晶显示屏。
