氮封阀主要用于化工行业的有机溶剂挥发性介质与空气相隔绝,用氮气来饱和,形成一个氮气保护膜,从而确保环境保护。氮封阀的指挥阀原来是传统的线性密封,造成阀门压力低、精度高,控制难度大,压力在0.5kpa左右反应慢等缺点。

本实用新型是通过如下技术方案来实现的:一种氮封阀,包括阀体、阀座、阀杆、阀盖、螺母、垫圈、指挥器阀座、指挥器阀杆,其主要技术特征是指挥器阀杆的直杆与导向之间开一槽,槽内设O型密封圈。
本实用新型在指挥器阀杆的杆与导向之间开槽,加装O型密封圈。使阀杆改为快开式,避免轴直接通入阀座,从而大大提高阀门反应时间以及控制精度。

 如图1、图2所示,本氮封阀,包括阀体1、阀座2、阀杆3、阀盖4、螺母6、垫圈5、11、指挥器阀座7、指挥器阀杆8,指挥器活塞9,在指挥器阀杆的直杆与导向之间开一槽12,槽内设O型密封圈10。
