目前养猪场中使用的水泥漏粪板存在诸多的问题：水泥漏粪板中存在很多没有排净的气孔，气孔降低了水泥漏粪板的强度，同时这些气孔容易使水泥漏粪板中的钢筋生锈及水泥风化，从而缩短了水泥漏粪板的使用寿命；水泥漏粪板中水泥、沙粒分布不均匀，影响水泥漏粪板整体强度，降低了水泥漏粪板可以承载的重量，加大了其自身的变形量。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种能避免成品中产生气孔，从而提高成品使用寿命的猪舍水泥漏粪板生产震动平台。
本实用新型的猪舍水泥漏粪板生产震动平台，包括基座、横梁，其特征在于，横梁与基座之间设置橡胶弹簧并用螺栓固定在一起，横梁中部下端安装震动电机，震动电机上部的横梁上放置模具，模具由模具压杆一端的压钩固定，模具压杆的中部与转轴固定连接，转轴通过轴承座固定在横梁上，模具压杆的另一端与横梁上的气缸伸缩头相接，气缸伸缩头带动模具压杆作杠杆运动，以自动、快速压紧或松脱模具。

一种猪舍水泥漏粪板生产震动平台，包括基座3、横梁9，其特征在于，横梁9与基座3之间设置橡胶弹簧2并用螺栓4固定在一起，横梁9中部下端安装两台震动电机1，震动电机1上部的横梁上放置模具10，模具10由模具压杆8一端的压钩固定，模具压杆8的中部与转轴7固定连接，转轴7通过轴承座6固定在横梁9上，模具压杆8的另一端与横梁9上的气缸5伸缩头相接。

1.一种猪舍水泥漏粪板生产震动平台，包括基座（3）、横梁（9），其特征在于：横梁（9）与基座（3）之间设置橡胶弹簧（2）并用螺栓（4）固定在一起，横梁（9）中部下端安装震动电机（1），震动电机（1）上部的横梁上放置模具（10），模具（10）由模具压杆（8）一端的压钩固定，模具压杆（8）的中部与转轴（7）固定连接，转轴（7）通过轴承座（6）固定在横梁（9）上，模具压杆（8）的另一端与横梁（9）上的气缸（5）伸缩头相接。
