本实用新型涉及破碎装置领域，尤其涉及到一种用于金属片的破碎装置。
背景技术
钕铁硼是当代磁性最强的永磁体制造原料，它不仅具有高剩磁、高矫顽力、高磁能积、高性价比等优点，而且容易加工成各种尺寸，特别适用于各种高性能、小型化、轻型化的电子产品，也适用于航天航空领域。
现有用于金属片(铝片、铁片)等的破碎装置，结构复杂，而且破碎效率不高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术中的不足之处而提供一种结构简单，实用的用于金属片的破碎装置。
本实用新型是通过如下方式实现的：
一种用于金属片的破碎装置，其特征在于：包括机架1、控制开关6，所述机架1上连接有破碎室2，所述破碎室2内连接有转轴3；所述转轴3相对于破碎室2可转动；所述转轴3上设有若干破碎锤4；所述转轴3与设于机架1上的电机5相连接，电机5带动转轴3在破碎室2上转动；所述控制开关6设于破碎室2上，所述电机5与控制开关6相连接；
所述破碎室2的顶端连接有进料仓7；所述进料仓7上连接有控制阀8；所述破碎室2的底端连接有出料仓9；所述出料仓9的底端连接有出料管12；所述出料管12上设有下控制阀10；所述出料管9的出料端位于设于地面上的出料桶11内；
所述进料仓7、破碎室2、出料仓9、出料管12、出料桶11内均充设有氮气。
所述机架1侧边设有楼梯13。
本实用新型的有益效果在于：结构简单，破碎效果好、实用。

现结合附图，详述本实用新型具体实施方式：
如图1所示，一种用于金属片的破碎装置，包括机架1、控制开关6，机架1上连接有破碎室2，破碎室2内连接有转轴3；转轴3相对于破碎室2可转动；转轴3上设有若干破碎锤4；转轴3与设于机架1上的电机5相连接，电机5带动转轴3在破碎室2上转动；控制开关6设于破碎室2上，电机5与控制开关6相连接；破碎室2的顶端连接有进料仓7；进料仓7上连接有控制阀8；破碎室2的底端连接有出料仓9；出料仓9的底端连接有出料管12；出料管12上设有下控制阀10，控制出料的大小；出料管9的出料端位于设于地面上的出料桶11内；进料仓7、破碎室2、出料仓9、出料管12、出料桶11内均充设有氮气。
本实用新型机架1侧边设有楼梯13，方便进料仓7的进料。
使用时，控制开关6控制电机5的开启，电机5带动转轴3转轴，进而使破碎锤4工作；金属片投入进料仓7后，控制阀8关闭进料口，进入进料仓7后的金属片进入正在转动的破碎锤4，破碎锤4对金属片进行破碎；破碎后经过出料仓9、出料管12至出料桶11；进料仓7、破碎室2、出料仓9、出料管12、出料桶11内均充设有氮气防止在破碎过程中产生摩擦燃烧。

1.一种用于金属片的破碎装置，其特征在于：包括机架(1)、控制开关(6)，所述机架(1)上连接有破碎室(2)，所述破碎室(2)内连接有转轴(3)；所述转轴(3)相对于破碎室(2)可转动；所述转轴(3)上设有若干破碎锤(4)；所述转轴(3)与设于机架(1)上的电机(5)相连接，电机(5)带动转轴(3)在破碎室(2)上转动；所述控制开关(6)设于破碎室(2)上，所述电机(5)与控制开关(6)相连接；
所述破碎室(2)的顶端连接有进料仓(7)；所述进料仓(7)上连接有控制阀(8)；所述破碎室(2)的底端连接有出料仓(9)；所述出料仓(9)的底端连接有出料管(12)；所述出料管(12)上设有下控制阀(10)；所述出料管(9)的出料端位于设于地面上的出料桶(11)内；
所述进料仓(7)、破碎室(2)、出料仓(9)、出料管(12)、出料桶(11)内均充设有氮气。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于金属片的破碎装置，其特征在于：所述机架(1)侧边设有楼梯(13)。
