本实用新型提供一种馈线终端后备电源一体化外罩,涉及电气设备领域,包括一体化的罩体,该罩体内部分隔成上下两个单独的腔体,上腔体为后背电源腔体,下腔体为馈线终端腔体,后背电源腔体与馈线终端腔体之间设置有电线通道,罩体采用玻璃纤维模压成型。馈线终端与后备电源一体化,减少了单独设计加工后备电源盒及连接电缆的成本;后备电源与馈线终端集成,外罩全部采用玻璃纤维模压成型,耐候性达到15年,IP防护等级能达到IP67,提高了后备电源的耐候性和可靠性;提高了生产效率,工程施工更加方便,整体外观也有了很大改善。

一种馈线终端后备电源一体化外罩
技术领域
本实用新型涉及电气设备领域,尤其涉及一种馈线终端后备电源一体化外罩。
背景技术
智能馈线终端FTU是结合测控和保护功能的配电自动化远方终端,适用于10kV架空主干线路和分支线路。三遥馈线终端具备遥信、遥测、遥控功能,支持GPRS无线、光纤等多种通信方式,可灵活配置为集中式、分布式馈线自动化模式,实现线路故障的快速定位与隔离、非故障区段快速恢复供电。当故障线路失电,后台需要执行远方遥控时,馈线终端必须配置后备电源才能保证终端正常工作,并接受后台命令使开关动作。现在行业内,罩式三遥馈线终端均是在终端旁单独挂装一个金属电池盒,通过电缆与终端相连接。
如图1所示,为现有的后备电源盒与馈线终端连接装配图。后备电源盒2是金属焊接而成,表面喷塑处理。盒里可安装蓄电池或锂电池,用航空插头通过电缆4与馈线终端3连接,IP防护等级能达到IP65。整套装置在户外长期挂杆运行,因电源盒与馈线终端的材料及工艺问题,IP防护及抗老化性都不能达到期望目标。
三遥馈线终端与后备电源的分开装配及连接方式存在两个主要问题:1.馈线终端外罩是采用玻璃纤维模压而成,耐候性能达到15年不损伤,而后备电源盒采用钣金焊接,表面喷涂,耐候性一般也就5年左右,在设备投运后,可能要面临1-2次整体更换电池盒的工作,十分不便;2.馈线终端与后备电源盒采用航空插头及电缆连接,增加了出故障概率及生产成本。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种馈线终端后备电源一体化外罩,以解决上述技术问题。本发明针对以上两个缺点,采用馈线终端与后备电源一体化设计的思路,将后备电源集成到与馈线终端顶部形成一个整体,既能提高后备电源的可靠性,又能减少生产成本。
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种馈线终端后备电源一体化外罩,其特征在于:包括一体化的罩体,该罩体内部分隔成上下两个单独的腔体,上腔体为后背电源腔体,下腔体为馈线终端腔体,后背电源腔体与馈线终端腔体之间设置有电线通道,罩体采用玻璃纤维模压成型。
所述罩体一侧设置有安装板,安装板与罩体为一体化结构。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
馈线终端与后备电源一体化,减少了单独设计加工后备电源盒及连接电缆的成本;
后备电源与馈线终端集成,外罩全部采用玻璃纤维模压成型,耐候性达到15年,IP防护等级能达到IP67,提高了后备电源的耐候性和可靠性;
提高了生产效率,工程施工更加方便,整体外观也有了很大改善。

如图2所示,一种馈线终端后备电源一体化外罩,包括一体化的罩体,该罩体内部分隔成上下两个单独的腔体,上腔体为后背电源腔体2,下腔体为馈线终端腔体3,后背电源腔体2与馈线终端腔体3之间设置有电线通道,罩体采用玻璃纤维模压成型,罩体左侧设置有安装板1,安装板1与罩体为一体化结构。
