技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种隔离开关垂直打开的格构式安装架固定开关组合装置。它安装于格构式安装架上，使用钩螺栓可将其于格构式安装架连接，从而起到固定作用。
背景技术
隔离开关垂直打开的格构式安装架普遍采用长螺柱连接槽钢固定开关等单体连接。但是随着垂直开关使用次数的增加，顶装隔离开关载荷本身较大的情况下，单体连接槽钢及格构式安装架的螺栓会出现下滑现象。当垂直打开隔离开关侧装或者顶装不接触格构式安装架时，这种安装方法更容易造成单体安装结构中的槽钢或角钢下滑的现象。
发明内容
针对上述技术中存在的问题，本实用新型的目的是提供一种稳固垂直打开隔离开关，结构简单，体积小，稳定性高，易安装的装置。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是提供一种隔离开关垂直打开的格构式安装架开关固定组合装置，该组合装置安装于格构式安装架上，其中：该组合装置包括有槽钢件、角钢件、螺栓、长螺柱、钩螺栓；所述槽钢件在角钢件之上，槽钢件及角钢件开圆孔的面通过螺栓相连；长螺柱和钩螺栓分别穿过槽钢件、角钢件上的18X50mm的长孔，将槽钢件及角钢件的立面与格构式安装架的侧面相连接。
本实用新型的效果是：
1：结构简单，体积小。本实用新型组合的角钢外形截面尺寸为125X80X8mm，长度根据垂直打开隔离开关安装高度及格构式安装架而定的。本实用新型组合的槽钢外形截面尺寸为100X48mm，长度根据垂直打开隔离开关安装高度及格构式安装架而定的。
2：稳定性高，易安装。本实用新型组合的槽钢开2个18X50mm的孔，角钢开4个18X50mm的孔，增加了连接格构式安装架的接触面积，提高了稳定性。

如图1、2、3所示，本实用新型的隔离开关垂直打开的格构式安装架开关固定组合装置，该组合装置安装于格构式安装架上，其特征是：该组合装置包括有槽钢件1、角钢件2、螺栓3、长螺柱4、钩螺栓5；所述槽钢件1在角钢件2之上，槽钢件1及角钢件2开圆孔的面通过螺栓3相连；长螺柱4和钩螺栓5分别穿过槽钢件1、角钢件2上的18X50mm的长孔，将槽钢件1及角钢件2的立面与格构式安装架的侧面相连接。
本实用新型的隔离开关垂直打开的格构式安装架开关固定组合装置功能是这样实现的：
该装置安装在隔离开关之下的格构式安装架上。该装置包括有槽钢件1，角钢件2，螺栓3，长螺柱4，钩螺栓5。该固定组合装置槽钢件1安装在角钢件2之上，槽钢件1及角钢件2宽面安装于格构式安装架上，槽钢件1及角钢件2用螺栓3连接。长螺柱4和钩螺栓5相切连接于槽钢件1、角钢件2和格构式安装架上。
本实用新型的隔离开关垂直打开的格构式安装架开关固定组合装置中，使用二个长螺柱4连接槽钢件1与格构式安装架，四个钩螺栓5连接角钢件2与格构式安装架，槽钢件1角钢件2之间使用二个M16X65螺栓3连接。比较单体只连接槽钢或者角钢方案，该组合二个长螺柱4及四个钩螺栓5连接格构式安装架，加大了受力面积及稳定性。使用该组合装置，能避免单体只连接槽钢或者角钢的发难发生的开关下滑现象发生。
图3为图2的侧面示意图，图中二个长螺柱4通过角钢件2上的18X50mm的长孔连接槽钢件1于格构式安装架侧面，且长螺柱4相切与格构式安装架侧面。四个钩螺栓5通过角钢件218X50mm长孔连接角钢件2与格构式安装架，且钩螺栓5相切于格构式安装架侧面，钩螺栓5能配合格构式安装架内部用于支撑格构式安装架的斜角钢，每种类型格构式安装架斜角钢安装角度，安装位置都不同，钩螺栓5柱形的一端位于螺母，弹垫之后的平垫重合于格构式安装架侧面，钩部端勾住格构式安装架内部斜角钢。槽钢件1开18mm圆孔的面与角钢件2开18mm圆孔的面用M16X65螺栓3连接。
该组合装置安装时可以分开安装，先安装槽钢件1再安装角钢件2。比较单体安装角钢或者槽钢的开关固定安装方法，明显增加了稳定性，增加了垂直打开格构式安装架使用寿命。
