Abstract
本申请公开了一种撬装式燃气发电机组。该燃气发电机组包括:燃气发电机和设置有第一腔体和第二腔体室外防护罩。其中,第一腔体内设置有该燃气发电机组,第二腔体内设置有空气过滤装置,且第一腔体和第二腔体通过通风口连通,第二腔体上设置有进风口。这样,外界的空气通过第二腔体的进风口进入第二腔体,并通过空气过滤装置清除空气中的杂质,进而通过第一腔体和第二腔体之间的通风口进入第一腔体,供燃机发电机本体使用。本实用新型可通过空气过滤装置对进入燃气发电机的空气进行处理,适用于沙尘暴频发的环境,能够避免燃气发电机组的损坏。
Description
技术领域
本申请涉及电机领域,更具体地说,涉及一种撬装式燃气发电机组。
背景技术
石油开采行业日益面临节能减排的压力。为降低钻井燃料成本,减少使用柴油燃料对环境的污染,实现节能减排和清洁生产,在钻井过程中使用燃气发电机组代替柴油发电机组,以天然气代替柴油作为燃料,具有环保和增效的双重效果,并逐步得到了行业内的广泛重视。
然而由于传统的燃气发电机组没有任何防护设施,而石油开发通常在沙尘暴频发的环境中进行,因而会造成燃气发电机组损坏。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此,本申请提供一种撬装式燃气发电机组,以适应沙尘暴频发的环境,避免燃气发电机组的损坏。
为了实现上述目的,现提出的方案如下:
一种撬装式燃气发电机组,包括:燃气发电机和室外防护罩;
其中室外防护罩包括:第一腔体和第二腔体,所述第一腔体和所述第二腔体之间设置有隔板,所述隔板设置有通风口;
所述第一腔体内部设置有所述燃气发电机;
所述第二腔体内置设置有空气过滤装置,且所述第二腔体的外壁上设置有进风口。
优选的,所述空气过滤装置包括:空气初级过滤器和空气二级过滤器。
优选的,所述通风口处设置有将第二腔体的空气吹送至第一腔体的进风风机。
优选的,还包括:设置在所述室外防护罩顶部的散热器;
其中,所述散热器包括:散热水箱以及安装所述散热水箱的散热水箱安装撬;所述散热水箱与所述燃气发电机组连通。
优选的,还包括:设置在所述室外防护罩顶部的消音器;
其中,所述消音器与所述燃气发电机组连通。
优选的,所述燃气发电机采用能量方舟系统和假负载系统进行控制。
优选的,所述第一腔体的外壁上设置有排风口,所述排放口处设置有排风风机。
优选的,所述第一腔体还设置有变频轴流风机。
优选的,还包括:与所述燃气发电机相连的自动补油装置;
其中所述自动补油装置包括:检测燃气发电机油位的油位检测器、与所述油位检测装置相连的单片机以及与所述单片机相连的补油箱控制阀;
所述补油箱控制阀用于控制补油箱向所述燃气发电机补油。
优选的,所述室外防护罩的内壁上设置有保温隔热材料;
所述室外防护罩的表面涂有阳光反射涂层。
经由上述技术方案可知,本申请公开了一种撬装式燃气发电机组。该燃气发电机组包括:燃气发电机和设置有第一腔体和第二腔体室外防护罩。其中,第一腔体内设置有该燃气发电机组,第二腔体内设置有空气过滤装置,且第一腔体和第二腔体通过通风口连通,第二腔体上设置有进风口。这样,外界的空气通过第二腔体的进风口进入第二腔体,并通过空气过滤装置清除空气中的杂质,进而通过第一腔体和第二腔体之间的通风口进入第一腔体,供燃机发电机本体使用。本实用新型可通过空气过滤装置对进入燃气发电机的空气进行处理,适用于沙尘暴频发的环境,能够避免燃气发电机组的损坏。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
参见图1示出了本实用新型一种撬装式燃气发电机组的一个实施例的结构示意图。
由图1可知,在本实施例中该燃气发电机组包括:燃气发电机1和室外防护罩2。
其中,室外防护罩2包括:第一腔体21和第二腔体22。第一腔体21和第二腔体之间设置有隔板,并且该隔板上设置有通风口,以便第一腔体21和第二腔体22之间的空气流通。
在实际组装时,将燃气发电机1设置在所述第一腔体21的内部,并且在第二腔体内设置有空气过滤装置3。
外界的空气通过设置在第二腔体22外壁上的进风口进入第二腔体22,经过空气过滤装置3的过滤后,满足燃气发电机对空气的等级要求。
经过处理后的空气通过设置在隔板上的通风口由第二腔体22流入第一腔体21中,以供燃气发电机使用。
由实施例一可知,本实用新型可通过空气过滤装置对进入燃气发电机的空气进行处理,适用于沙尘暴频发的环境,能够避免燃气发电机组的损坏。
实施例二
参见图2示出了本实用新型一种撬装式燃气发电机组的另一个实施例的结构示意图。
由图2可知,在本实施例中,该燃气发电机组包括:燃气发电机1和室外防护罩2。
室外防护罩2包括:第一腔体21和第二腔体22。第一腔体21和第二腔体之间设置有隔板,并且该隔板上设置有通风口,且在通风口处设置有进风风机4,用于将第二腔体22中的空气吹送至第一腔体21中。
需要说明的是,在本实施例中为了进一步对流入第二腔体22中的空气进行处理,该空气过滤装置包括:一级空气过滤器31二级空气过滤器32,并且在第二腔体22的进风口处设置有雨篷5,以防止外界的杂质进入第二腔体22中。
可选的,该燃气发电机组还包括:设置在室外防护罩顶部的散热器。其中,该散热器包括散热水箱61和安装该散热水箱的散热水箱安装撬62。该散热水箱安装撬可灵活拆卸和安装,方便操作人员搬运。
另外,在室外防护罩的顶部还设置有消音器7,该消音器7与燃气发电机连通,对燃气发电机进行消音处理。
所述第二腔体内置设置有空气过滤装置,且所述第二腔体的外壁上设置有进风口,所述第一腔体的外壁上设置有排风口,所述排放口处设置有排风风机8。
可选的,撬装式燃气发电机组的室外防护罩的外壳内壁加装了保温隔热材料,箱体表面涂有阳光反射涂层,并在第一腔体内安装了多台台高风量的变频轴流风机9,实现燃气发电机组密闭运行。
实施例三
传统的燃气发电机需要定时补充润滑油,以保证燃气发电机的正常运行,为此需要有专门的人员定时对燃气发电机的油位进行检查,浪费人力。
参见图3示出了本实用新型一种撬装式燃气发电机组的自动补油装置的一个实施例的结构示意图。
该自动补油装置包括:检测燃气发电机油位的油位检测器10、与油位检测器10相连的单片机11以及与单片机相连的补油箱控制阀12。该补油箱控制阀12安装在补油箱的出油口出,对控制补油箱对燃机发电机补油。
需要说明的是,远程控制中心的控制终端可时刻检测补油箱的油位,以对补油箱进行补油。该自动补油装置解决了传统补油方式需要停机添加润滑油的问题,同时也解决了燃气发电机组在无人值守的情况下,无法自动补充润滑油的问题,大大提高了燃气钻井发电机组的不停电运行周期。
可选的,该自动补油装置还包括:与单片机相连的报警器13。当燃气发电机的油位低于预设值时,该报警器13通过声波报警或光波报警对操作人员进行提醒。
可选的,在本实用新型任意实施例中,该撬装式燃气发电机组增加了能量方舟系统和假负载箱控制系统,可以快速的释放或吸收有功功率,有效提高了燃气发电机组对冲击负荷的适应能力以及钻井项目现场低负荷情况的适应性,以适应油田电动钻机的负荷特性,如大负载冲击,经常“起停”的循环负载;较长时间的低负荷运行等。

Claims (10)
1.一种撬装式燃气发电机组,其特征在于,包括:燃气发电机和室外防护罩;
其中室外防护罩包括:第一腔体和第二腔体,所述第一腔体和所述第二腔体之间设置有隔板,所述隔板设置有通风口;
所述第一腔体内部设置有所述燃气发电机;
所述第二腔体内置设置有空气过滤装置,且所述第二腔体的外壁上设置有进风口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的燃气发电机组,其特征在于,所述空气过滤装置包括:空气初级过滤器和空气二级过滤器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的燃气发电机组,其特征在于,所述通风口处设置有将第二腔体的空气吹送至第一腔体的进风风机。
4.根据权利要求1所述的燃气发电机组,其特征在于,还包括:设置在所述室外防护罩顶部的散热器;
其中,所述散热器包括:散热水箱以及安装所述散热水箱的散热水箱安装撬;所述散热水箱与所述燃气发电机组连通。
5.根据权利要求1所述的燃气发电机组,其特征在于,还包括:设置在所述室外防护罩顶部的消音器;
其中,所述消音器与所述燃气发电机组连通。
6.根据权利要求1所述的燃气发电机组,其特征在于,所述燃气发电机采用能量方舟系统和假负载系统进行控制。
7.根据权利要求1所述的燃气发电机组,其特征在于,所述第一腔体的外壁上设置有排风口,所述排放口处设置有排风风机。
8.根据权利要求1所述的燃气发电机组,其特征在于,所述第一腔体还设置有变频轴流风机。
9.根据权利要求1所述的燃气发电机组,其特征在于,还包括:与所述燃气发电机相连的自动补油装置;
其中所述自动补油装置包括:检测燃气发电机油位的油位检测器、与所述油位检测装置相连的单片机以及与所述单片机相连的补油箱控制阀;
所述补油箱控制阀用于控制补油箱向所述燃气发电机补油。
10.根据权利要求1所述的燃气发电机组,其特征在于,所述室外防护罩的内壁上设置有保温隔热材料;
所述室外防护罩的表面涂有阳光反射涂层。
