背景技术
[0002] 热分离又称热解吸、热脱附,是污染土壤修复的新型技术之一,主要应用于被有机物污染的场地土壤的原位或异位修复过程,并且能够达到预期的修复目标。它通过直接或间接加热的方式将被有机物污染的土壤加热至120°C〜650°C之间,通过解吸、热辐射、热传导、气孔扩散、表面扩散以及外部质流等多种机制,以物理方法分离土壤中有机污染物,使有机污染物成为气态与土壤颗粒分离,处理后的土壤则可回填继续利用,气态污染物的处理方式有冷凝、吸附、化学氧化或燃烧等,可根据有机物的浓度及经济性选择不同的处理方式。热分离技术通过控制系统温度和物料停留时间有选择地使有机污染物挥发并不是破坏有机物,但在特定的温度下,对某些特定的有机物能够完全或部分破坏,可以有效去除易挥发性的有机物,例如苯系物、氯代溶剂、挥发石油径、芳香烃等,也可以有效移除例如多氯联苯、滴滴涕、有机氯农药和二噁英等低挥发性、高沸点、难分解的有机污染物,并且对于含有多种不同沸点的有机污染物可以一次加热处理以达到修复目标值,但不适用于含腐蚀性有机物、活性氧化剂和还原剂污染的土壤处理和修复。
[0003] 现有的热分离技术一般采用直接接触式回转窑作为加热设备。直接接触式回转窑不适宜处理高浓度有机污染土壤,有机污染物浓度高会增加土壤热值,高温可能对回转窑造成危害,甚至发生燃烧爆炸,回转窑排气中有机物浓度要低于爆炸下限25%,进料土壤中石油烃的最大浓度一般不要超过爆炸下限的2%。直接接触式回转窑产生的尾气量大,尾气处理单元体积较大,设备固定移动性差。直接接触式回转窑在运行过程中,调试周期长,设备的故障率较高,运行维护相对复杂。
发明内容
[0004] 本实用新型的目的是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题,即直接接触式回转窑不适宜处理高浓度有机污染土壤,直接接触式回转窑产生的尾气量大,尾气处理单元体积较大,设备移动性差,调试周期长,设备的故障率较高,运行维护相对复杂。进而提供一种撬装式土壤热分离设备。

[0015] 本实用新型提供的撬装式土壤热分离设备由进料撬、热解吸撬、气处理撬、水处理撬、热交换撬、出料撬和控制系统撬构成,各撬分别将各自的功能组件集成于一个整体底座上,便于移动和运输,现场安装工作量少,只需完成接口管道及外部电气的连接即可,设备结构紧凑,占地面积小。本实用新型通过螺旋间接热解炉加热土壤,污染土壤不会直接和火焰接触,热解炉中气体含氧程度较低,适合处理高浓度有机污染土壤(有机物含量> 4% ),相比直接接触式回转窑设备大大降低有机物燃烧及爆炸的风险。本实用新型将加热烟气与热解气隔离开,有机污染物不经过二次燃烧所以需要处理的尾气量小,仅为直接接触式回转窑处理等量土壤产生尾气量的1/5〜1/2,因其尾气处理单元较小,所以便于设计成移动式,增加其灵活性。本实用新型采用冷凝的方式将污染土壤中有机物进行回收,具有较高的能量回收效率,废水经处理后实现设备内循环,燃料采用天然气或轻质柴油,排放尾气中污染物含量少,更加环境友好。

[0021] 热解吸撬21由螺旋间接热解炉5、助燃风机6、燃料装置7、燃烧室8和烟囱9构成,燃烧室8采用耐火材料整体浇注而成,燃烧装置7安装在燃烧室8的一端,控制系统自动调节助燃风机6的送风量及燃料装置7的燃料供应速度来保证燃烧室温度要求,不凝气切向进入燃烧室8,通过合理的配风方式使不凝气在燃烧室8内氧化完全。螺旋间接热解炉5采用夹套间接加热的结构,由加热外壳和内胆组成(图中未描述),加热外壳设有加热烟气进口和加热烟气出口,燃烧室8提供的加热烟气经过烟气进口进入加热外壳中对内胆进行加热,燃料采用天然气或轻质柴油,加热烟气中污染物含量少,可以直接经过烟气出口由烟囱9排放,加热外壳内衬陶瓷纤维棉保温,降低热损失,提高能量利用率,内胆中设有螺旋叶片对土壤进行输送和搅拌,通过变频电机控制螺旋叶片的旋转速度,从而调节土壤在螺旋间接热解炉内的停留时间,土壤中的有机物在内胆中受热成为热解气,经热解气出口进入气处理撬22。螺旋间接热解炉5末端通过出料气锁与出料装置18相连。进料斗4通过进料气锁与螺旋间接热解炉5相连,实现密封进料。
[0022] 气处理撬22由旋风除尘器10、喷淋冷凝塔11、活性炭床12构成,旋风除尘器10两端连接热解气出口和喷淋冷凝塔11,用于除去热解气中的大颗粒灰尘(空气动力学直径>5 μπι的颗粒),喷淋冷凝塔11通过循环冷却水与从旋风除尘器10出来的热解气进行冷热交换,热解气从喷淋冷凝塔下部进入,在喷淋区与雾化的液滴逆流接触,热解气被冷凝为液体,同时热解气中的小粒径灰尘也可以被去除,为了防止喷淋的雾滴被不凝气夹带出塔,在塔喷淋区上部设有除雾器,不凝气经喷淋层上方的除雾器除去雾滴后进入活性炭床12进行净化,经净化后的不凝气体经管道和不凝气风机输送至燃烧室8进行燃烧分解。喷淋冷凝塔11的循环冷却水由空气冷却器17提供,喷淋冷凝塔11冷凝下来的废液由管道收集至水处理撬23。
[0023] 水处理撬23由油水分离器13、水处理装置14、储油罐15、储水罐16构成,油水分离器13用于将有机相和水相分离,分离的有机相被储存于储油罐15中,分离的水相进入水处理装置14,油水分离器13设有排泥装置,排出的污泥经压滤后形成滤饼,压滤液汇入水处理装置14,水处理装置14对油水分离后的水相进行净化和处理,处理后的水一部分用于空气冷却器17的工艺水,一部分被储存于储水罐16中。

1.一种撬装式土壤热分离设备,包括:进料撬(20)、热解吸撬(21)、气处理撬(22)、水处理撬(23)、热交换撬(24)、出料撬(25)和控制系统撬(26),其特征在于,所述控制系统撬(26)分别与进料撬(20)、热解吸撬(21)、气处理撬(22)、水处理撬(23)、热交换撬(24)和出料撬(25)控制连接;所述进料撬(20)、热解吸撬(21)、气处理撬(22)、水处理撬(23)、热交换撬(24)、出料撬(25)和控制系统撬(26)分别将各自的功能组件集成于一个整体底座上; 所述进料撬(20)包括搅拌机(1)、筛分机(2)、皮带输送机(3)和进料斗(4),所述搅拌机(I)与筛分机(2)相连,所述筛分机(2)与皮带输送机(3)相连,所述皮带输送机(3)用于将处理后的进料土壤输送至进料斗(4); 所述热解吸撬(21)包括螺旋间接热解炉(5)、助燃风机¢)、燃料装置(7)、燃烧室(8)和烟囱(9),所述热解吸撬(21)的主体为螺旋间接热解炉(5),螺旋间接热解炉(5)与燃烧室⑶和烟囱(9)相连,助燃风机(6)和燃料装置(7)分别与燃烧室⑶相连,螺旋间接热解炉(5)前端与进料斗(4)相连,末端与出料撬(25)相连,螺旋间接热解炉(5)还设有热解气出口 ; 所述气处理撬(22)包括旋风除尘器(10)、喷淋冷凝塔(11)和活性炭床(12),所述旋风除尘器(10)与喷淋冷凝塔(11)相连,喷淋冷凝塔(11)与活性炭床(12)相连,活性炭床(12)与燃烧室⑶相连; 所述水处理撬(23)包括油水分离器(13)、水处理装置(14)、储油罐(15)和储水罐(16),所述油水分离器(13)用于将有机相和水相分离,分离的有机相被储存于储油罐(15)中,分离的水相进入水处理装置(14),油水分离器(13)设有排泥装置,排出的污泥经压滤后形成泥饼,压滤液汇入水处理装置(14),所述水处理装置(14)对油水分离后的水相进行净化和处理,处理后的水一部分用于空气冷却器(17)的工艺水,一部分被储存于储水罐(16)中; 所述热交换撬(24)包括空气冷却器(17); 所述出料撬(25)包括出料装置(18),所述出料装置(18)通过出料气锁与螺旋间接热解炉(5)的出料口相连,储水罐(16)通过管道与出料装置(18)相连; 所述控制系统撬(26)为自动控制系统(19)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种撬装式土壤热分离设备,其特征在于,所述螺旋间接热解炉(5)采用夹套间接加热的结构,由加热外壳和内胆组成,加热外壳内衬陶瓷纤维棉保温,内胆中设有螺旋叶片对土壤进行输送和搅拌,燃烧室提供的加热烟气在加热外壳中对内胆进行加热,并经过烟囱排出,土壤中的有机物在内胆中受热成为热解气,经热解气出口进入气处理撬(22)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种撬装式土壤热分离设备,其特征在于,所述筛分机(2)为二级筛分机,一级筛分机筛孔直径为10〜15cm,二级筛分机筛孔直径为1.3〜5cm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种撬装式土壤热分离设备,其特征在于,所述进料斗(4)通过进料气锁与螺旋间接热解炉(5)相连,出料装置(18)通过出料气锁与螺旋间接热解炉(5)的出料口相连。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种撬装式土壤热分离设备,其特征在于,所述喷淋冷凝塔(11)的冷却水由空气冷却器(17)提供,喷淋冷凝塔(17)产生的不凝气体经过除雾装置后进入活性炭床(12),净化后的不凝气体经管道和不凝气风机输送至燃烧室(8)进行燃烧分解。
