发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是为了解决上述问题，而提供了一种冷热一体的双层保温杯。
本实用新型是由杯身、杯胆、双开口盖体、外腔顶盖和内腔顶盖组成，杯胆位于杯身中，杯胆与杯身通过底部螺纹连接固定，杯胆具有内胆真空区，杯胆的内部空间为内腔，双开口盖体具有内腔出水口与内腔连通，杯胆与杯身之间的空间为外腔，双开口盖体具有外腔出水口与外腔连通，双开口盖体与杯身螺纹连接，外腔顶盖和内腔顶盖分别与双开口盖体上的外腔出水口和内腔出水口螺纹连接。
本实用新型的使用过程和原理：
向双层保温杯装水时，先将双开口盖体从杯身上拧下，将水分别注入双层保温杯的内腔和外腔，然后将双开口盖体安装在杯身上，在需要用水时，旋开外腔顶盖，从外腔出水口可以取用外腔内的盛水，旋开内腔顶盖，从内腔出水口可以取用内腔内的盛水。内腔具有保温功能，外腔不具有保温功能。
本实用新型的有益效果：
本实用新型的内腔具有保温功能，外腔不具有保温功能。使盛装其内的水温度不同，能满足人们对冷热水的不同饮用需求。

请参阅图1所示，本实施例是由杯身1、杯胆2、双开口盖体3、外腔顶盖41和内腔顶盖42组成，杯胆2位于杯身1中，杯胆2与杯身1通过底部螺纹连接固定，杯胆2具有内胆真空区7，杯胆2的内部空间为内腔6，双开口盖体3具有内腔出水口32与内腔6连通，杯胆2与杯身1之间的空间为外腔5，双开口盖体3具有外腔出水口31与外腔5连通，双开口盖体3与杯身1螺纹连接，外腔顶盖41和内腔顶盖42分别与双开口盖体3上的外腔出水口31和内腔出水口32螺纹连接。
本实施例的使用过程和原理：
向双层保温杯装水时，先将双开口盖体3从杯身1上拧下，将水分别注入双层保温杯的内腔6和外腔5，然后将双开口盖体3安装在杯身1上，在需要用水时，旋开外腔顶盖41，从外腔出水口31可以取用外腔5内的盛水，旋开内腔顶盖42，从内腔出水口32可以取用内腔6内的盛水。内腔6具有保温功能，外腔5不具有保温功能。

1.一种冷热一体的双层保温杯，其特征在于：是由杯身（1）、杯胆（2）、双开口盖体（3）、外腔顶盖（41）和内腔顶盖（42）组成，杯胆（2）位于杯身（1）中，杯胆（2）与杯身（1）通过底部螺纹连接固定，杯胆（2）具有内胆真空区（7），杯胆（2）的内部空间为内腔（6），双开口盖体（3）具有内腔出水口（32）与内腔（6）连通，杯胆（2）与杯身（1）之间的空间为外腔（5），双开口盖体（3）具有外腔出水口（31）与外腔（5）连通，双开口盖体（3）与杯身（1）螺纹连接，外腔顶盖（41）和内腔顶盖（42）分别与双开口盖体（3）上的外腔出水口（31）和内腔出水口（32）螺纹连接。
