为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型的实施例提供一种防松垫片，包括：一垫片本体及一碟形垫圈，所述垫片本体设有相对的一第一侧面及一第二侧面，所述垫片本体上设有一贯穿所述第一侧面与所述第二侧面的穿孔，所述碟形垫圈设在所述第一侧面上，所述碟形垫圈设有一对应所述穿孔的通孔，所述碟形垫圈设有一外缘及一接近所述通孔的内缘，所述第二侧面上设有多个冲孔，所述第一侧面上设有对应所述冲孔的凸柱，所述凸柱接近所述外缘，所述凸柱设有所述外缘的定位部。

如图1和图2所示，本实用新型实施例提供一种防松垫片，包括一垫片本体10及一碟形垫圈20，垫片本体10设有相对的一第一侧面11及一第二侧面12，垫片本体10上设有一贯穿第一侧面11与第二侧面12的穿孔13，碟形垫圈20设在垫片本体10的第一侧面11上，碟形垫圈20设有一对应穿孔13的通孔21，且碟形垫圈20设有一外缘22及一接近通孔21的内缘23，垫片本体10的第二侧面12上设有多个冲孔14，垫片本体10的第一侧面11上设有对应冲孔14的凸柱15，凸柱15接近碟形垫圈20的外缘22，凸柱15设有夹持外缘22的定位部16。
内缘23到第一侧面11的距离，大于定位部16的端面到第一侧面11的距离，定位部16的端面到第一侧面11的距离大于外缘22到第一侧面11的距离。
未结合的垫片本体10与碟形垫圈20放置在一般的机器上，通过机器在垫片本体10上冲出冲孔14、凸柱15，再在凸柱15上冲出夹持碟形垫圈20的定位部16。
所以防松垫片的结构可使用一般机器制作，防松垫片采用碟形垫圈20，且垫片本体10上冲出接近碟形垫圈20外缘22的凸柱15及夹持外缘22的定位部16，外缘22到第一侧面11的距离小于内缘23到第一侧面11的距离，所需冲出的凸柱15与定位部16的形状不大，便可夹持定位外缘22，且防松垫片不需要昂贵的特殊机器进行加工，进一步达到降低成本的目的。

1.一种防松垫片，其特征在于，包括：一垫片本体及一碟形垫圈，所述垫片本体设有相对的一第一侧面及一第二侧面，所述垫片本体上设有一贯穿所述第一侧面与所述第二侧面的穿孔，所述碟形垫圈设在所述第一侧面上，所述碟形垫圈设有一对应所述穿孔的通孔，所述碟形垫圈设有一外缘及一接近所述通孔的内缘，所述第二侧面上设有多个冲孔，所述第一侧面上设有对应所述冲孔的凸柱，所述凸柱接近所述外缘，所述凸柱设有夹持所述外缘的定位部。
2.根据权利要求所述的防松垫片，其特征在于：所述内缘到所述第一侧面的距离，大于所述定位部的端面到所述第一侧面的距离，所述定位部的端面到所述第一侧面的距离大于所述外缘到所述第一侧面的距离。
