本实用新型公开了一种固定水泥磨内环篦板用的防漏垫片，所述的防漏垫片是一个长方形垫片，长方形垫片中间设有螺丝孔，长方形垫片的尺寸大于内环篦板内侧长方孔的尺寸，从而能将内环篦板的长方孔全部盖住。使用时，由于长方形垫片将内环篦板的长方孔全部盖住，运行中即使螺丝松动，长方孔不会出现漏洞，也不会发生窜小钢球现象，保证了磨机运行的稳定。

本实用新型涉及水泥生产线的水泥磨。
背景技术
目前，水泥生产线的水泥磨都设有出磨篦板，其中出磨篦板的内环篦板采用3个螺丝固定。如图1所示，其中内环篦板内侧的螺丝孔为长方孔1，在内侧固定时螺丝4从长方孔伸到固定卡槽内挂住后，加上一个普通的圆形垫片2，再用螺母3紧固。当运行时间较长以后，螺母3易松动，造成螺丝4与圆形垫片2移动，长方孔1面积较大，磨仓内较小的研磨体会从孔内漏洞窜出，如Ф15-Ф17mm钢球窜出来，不仅造成研磨体损失，而且对出磨回转筛磨损较大，磨损后，小钢球又返回粗磨仓内，引起级配混乱及堵塞斜槽等隐患。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足，本实用新型设计一种固定水泥磨内环篦板用的防漏垫片。
一种固定水泥磨内环篦板用的防漏垫片，其特征在于，防漏垫片是一个长方形垫片，长方形垫片中间设有螺丝孔，长方形垫片的尺寸大于内环篦板内侧长方孔的尺寸，从而能将内环篦板的长方孔全部盖住。
为了增加螺母对孔螺丝孔周围的承压面，长方形垫片的两侧向外突出设计为鼓形。
本实用新型优点是：使用时，由于长方形垫片将内环篦板的长方孔全部盖住，运行中即使螺丝松动，长方孔不会出现漏洞，也不会发生窜小钢球现象，保证了磨机运行的稳定。

如图2、图3所示，本实用新型固定水泥磨内环篦板用的防漏垫片，是一个长方形垫片5，长方形垫片5中间设有螺丝孔4，长方形垫片5的尺寸大于内环篦板内侧长方孔1的尺寸，长方形垫片5将内环篦板的长方孔1全部盖住，运行中即使螺母3松动，长方孔1不会出现漏洞。
从图4看出，长方形垫片5的两侧也可向外突出设计为鼓形，从而增加螺母3对螺丝孔4周围的承压面。

1.一种固定水泥磨内环篦板用的防漏垫片，其特征在于，所述的防漏垫片是一个长方形垫片，长方形垫片中间设有螺丝孔，长方形垫片的尺寸大于内环篦板内侧长方孔的尺寸，从而能将内环篦板的长方孔全部盖住。
2.如权利要求1所述的固定水泥磨内环篦板用的防漏垫片，其特征在于，长方形垫片的两侧向外突出为鼓形。
