现有的布袋除尘器系统大多数是烟气经过烟气管道直接进入布袋除尘器系统，这样由于烟气的温度不稳定，当烟气带高温骤然接触低温布袋时，布袋极容易烧毁，甚至造成火灾。当烟气的温度太低时，会在布袋表面形成结渣从而导致布袋腐蚀和除尘器内部阻力大的问题。

为了克服上述缺陷，本实用新型提供一种布袋除尘器保护系统。
本实用新型包括循环管路，所述循环管路的进口端连接到上风箱体，所述循环管路的出口端连接到进风箱体，在所述循环管路上设置风机，风机的进风口连接与上风箱体连接的一段循环管路，所述风机的出风口连接与进风箱体连接的一段循环管路，在与所述风机出风口连接的循环管路上连接测温仪、电加热器，所述测温仪设置在所述风机和电加热器之间的循环管路上。
本实用新型工作时，先启动电加热器和风机来加热布袋，并通过温度仪监控加热器温度，当布袋温度与烟气设定的温度相一致时，再启动锅炉让烟气进入布袋除尘器进行除尘，同时关闭加热器与风机；当烟气温度下降时，开始加热器和风机来加热布袋，等温度上来后在关闭；本系统，结构简单、使用方便、彻底消除了因为温度骤高造成布袋燃烧的安全隐患，以及避免了温度过低造成布袋结渣的问题，增加了布袋的使用寿命。

如图1所示，本布袋除尘器保护系统包括循环管路3，循环管路3的进口端连接到上风箱体，循环管路3的出口端连接到进风箱体，在循环管路3上设置风机1，风机1的进风口连接与上风箱体连接的一段循环管路3，风机1的出风口连接与进风箱体连接的一段循环管路3，在与风机1出风口连接的循环管路上连接测温仪4、电加热器2，测温仪4设置在风机1和电加热器2之间的循环管路3上。
