Abstract

种子折纸发芽床,在发芽容器底部垫有一层吸水棉层,吸水棉层上放置有吸水纸,吸水纸上等距对折有上折痕和下折痕,种子等距放置在下折痕上,进行种子萌发实验时,吸水纸从上折痕和下折痕处折拢并放置在发芽容器中,其下折痕贴在吸水棉层上。采用本装置,将种子发芽的方式由种子在平铺的吸水纸上发芽,变为将种子夹附在对折并收拢的吸水纸上发芽,对折并收拢的吸水纸有效固定了种子,起到防止种子移位的作用,观测时只需取出并展开吸水纸即可很清晰方便的统计种子发芽率。且经折叠后的吸水纸,大大减少了所占容器面积,在单位面积内,种子萌发实验的规模和效率大大提高。

本实用新型属于植物种子萌发实验设备技术领域,涉及一种种子折纸发芽床。
背景技术
在植物育种和种子繁殖生产过程中,必须对植物种子进行萌发实验。目前,萌发实验的方法是将吸水纸平铺在一个发芽容器中,种子均匀点种在吸水纸上,让吸水纸吸饱水,种子与水接触,促使种子发芽,一定时间后观察测定其发芽率。这种检测种子发芽率的方法,在种子萌发过程中,根系生长会导致种子由原来的位置偏移,萌发一段时间后有的种子会相互紧靠、纠缠在一起,增加了实验人员观测种子发芽率的难度。且由于种子点种在平铺的发芽纸上,纸张面积限制了每次检测的种子数量,一定程度上降低了实验的规模和效率。
发明内容
本实用新型针对现有技术中检测种子发芽率的方法中,存在种子发芽率观测难度大,实验的规模和效率存在局限性的问题,提供一种种子折纸发芽床,在发芽容器底部垫有一层吸水棉层,吸水纸折叠成均匀折型平放于吸水棉层上,将种子等距放置在下折痕上,进行种子萌发实验时,吸水纸从上折痕和下折痕处折拢,并放置在发芽容器中,其下折痕贴在吸水棉层上。
采用本装置,将种子发芽的方式由种子在平铺的吸水纸上发芽,变为将种子夹附在对折并收拢的吸水纸上发芽,对折并收拢的吸水纸有效固定了种子,起到防止种子移位的作用,观测时只需取出并展开吸水纸即可很清晰方便的统计种子发芽率。且经折叠后的吸水纸,大大减少了所占容器面积,即大大增加了在单位面积容器中所能放置的吸水纸的面积,从而有效增加了每个容器所能萌发的种子数量,因此,在单位面积内,种子萌发实验的规模和效率大大提高。

实施例一:如图1所示,一种种子折纸发芽床,在发芽容器1底部垫有一层吸水棉层2,吸水棉层2上放置有吸水纸3,吸水纸3上等距对折有上折痕6和下折痕5,种子4等距放置在下折痕5上,吸水纸3从上折痕6和下折痕5处折拢并放置在发芽容器1中,其下折痕5贴在吸水棉层2上。

1.种子折纸发芽床,在发芽容器(1)底部垫有一层吸水棉层(2),其特征在于:吸水棉层(2)上放置有吸水纸(3),吸水纸(3)上等距对折有上折痕(6)和下折痕(5),种子(4)等距放置在下折痕(5)上,吸水纸(3)从上折痕(6)和下折痕(5)处折拢并放置在发芽容器(1)中,其下折痕(5)贴在吸水棉层(2)上。
