锂电池隔膜产品内应力快速释放并降低热收缩率的装置,包括蒸汽入口管道、空气入口管道、空气加热置换器、变频调速风机、隔膜储存室、PLC控制器和探测器,所述蒸汽入口管道和空气入口管道均与空气加热置换器连通,所述空气加热置换器出口连接有变频调速风机,所述变频调速风机的出口与隔膜储存室通过管道连通,所述隔膜储存室顶部设置有探测器,所述探测器和变频调速风机均与PLC控制器连接。
本实用新型中,所述隔膜储存室为一密闭储存箱。
有益效果:本实用新型成本低廉,加热空气速度快、并且相当稳定;快速释放应力可以减少生产成本,减少原材料的呆滞成本;降低了热收缩率,保证了产品的物理性能稳定。

使用时,蒸汽/空气接入空气热转换器,空气出口阀门开启,利用蒸汽的热量转换来加热空气;已加热的空气的出口连接一台变频调速风机,由调速变频风机进行热量传送至密闭储藏室内;密闭储藏室内安装有温度探测器、压力探测器,进入后空气的温度、压力由PLC控制系统进行全自动控制,保证密闭室温度保持±1℃,并且密闭式内任何位置温度一致;利用恒温加热并且通风的环境,可以快速消除产品的内应力,将原来自然释放需要1周的时间减少至24小时。并且释放应力后的产品热收缩减小15%。
本实用新型采用蒸汽加热空气置换装置,将加热的空气通过变频调速风机输送至密闭的空间,密闭空间内采用空气压力传感器和温度传感器进行温度和风压的调整。最后利用可恒定的风压和温度来快速释放薄膜产品的内应力并降低产品的热收缩率。
