本实用新型公开了一种方便更换的便携气体探测器电池,包括电池仓、电池仓盖、电池;其特征在于:所述电池仓内设有电池,电池仓盖盖在电池仓上密封电池仓;所述电池上方设有环氧树脂;所述电池仓上设有弹性导电片;所述电池仓顶部设有螺丝孔;所述电池仓底部设有卡扣。本实用新型把电池用环氧树脂灌封在一个独立的电池仓内。通过螺丝及卡扣结构与壳体连接。相对于把电池灌封在壳体的某一部分,这样做可以使电池的拆卸更简单并且不影响整个机器的安全性。电池可以做为一个备件随时携带,在需要更换电池时可以更简单快速的更换电池,可以大大延长便携式气体探测器的使用时间。

目前在抢险或者危险场所巡查等不适于使用固定式气体探测器的场所,人们一般会使用便携式手持气体探测器。此类探测器携带方便,可以在各种复杂突发危险气体的环境中使用。有大量的使用市场。
现有的便携气体探测器都会是本质安全型的防爆型式,这样的防爆型式要求电池是安全的。目前的处理方法都是将电池用环氧树脂等材料灌封在壳体上。这样做可以保证电池不能成为爆炸的点燃源。但是这样处理的电池很难从壳体上拆卸下来。拆卸电池往往需要拆开整个壳体。并且造成一部分壳体的报废。

针对上述问题,本实用新型的目的是一种方便更换的便携气体探测器电池。
为了实现本实用新型的目的,本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:一种方便更换的便携气体探测器电池,包括电池仓、电池仓盖、电池;其特征在于:所述电池仓内设有电池,电池仓盖盖在电池仓上密封电池仓;所述电池上方设有环氧树脂;所述电池仓上设有弹性导电片;所述电池仓顶部设有螺丝孔;所述电池仓底部设有卡扣。

一种方便更换的便携气体探测器电池,包括电池仓1、电池仓盖3、电池4;其特征在于:所述电池仓1内设有电池4,电池仓盖3盖在电池仓1上密封电池仓1;所述电池4上方设有环氧树脂2;所述电池仓1上设有弹性导电片6;所述电池仓1顶部设有螺丝孔5;所述电池仓1底部设有卡扣7。
所述弹性导电片6连接电池4。
具体实施方式二:
如图所示,电池4放在电池仓1内,周围空间用环氧树脂2充满,电池仓盖3在环氧树脂2充满电池仓后盖在电池仓1上。电池4通过电线或者电路板转接到弹性导电片6上。弹性导电片6与电路板上的电池4连接器相连对机器进行供电。可以使用螺丝通过螺丝孔5与壳体相连接,卡扣7与壳体卡槽进行固定。使整个电池仓1安装在便携气体探测器壳体上,拆卸使松开螺丝即可拆卸下。
