本实用新型涉及一种新型节能环保灶。
背景技术
根据当今各种食堂灶具噪音大、废气排放量大、工作环境差、油烟不能彻底解决等问题。因此希望研发出节能环保灶。
实用新型内容
本实用新型节能环保灶的目的在于提高节能灶的环保性能，此灶有产生蒸汽热水，清除油烟，灶表面温度低，火力可调等功能，设计美观，适合酒店、餐馆、食堂、快炒使用。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
一种节能环保灶，其包括灶体(例如800*800*1100mm)和一个或多个炉膛，所述灶体上设置有灶面，所述灶面上设置有与所述一个或多个炉膛对应的一个或多个炉口，所述灶面上设有进风口和伸入炉口内的烟道出口，进风口设置有进风管连接引风系统，引风系统再连接炉膛，所述炉膛外部包裹有助燃器。助燃器用于烧柴禾的灶台通风，优选地，该助燃器包括壳体，电机及扇叶，壳体内装电机，电机上的扇叶支架上装扇叶，壳体底部与顶部开有通气孔，用于通风。这种助燃器，可使灶台燃烧效果好，柴禾能充分燃烧，节约用柴，且炕热效果也好，能减少倒烟对室内的污染。
优选地，烟道出口设置在油烟管道内，这样使得做菜所产生的油烟也可通过进风口进入进风管，然后在引风机的作用下进入炉膛进行进一步燃烧处理。
优选地，所述烟道出口设置在油烟管道口内。
优选地，所述灶体内部左右两侧均设置有进风管。
优选地，所述灶体内部右侧进风管一端与引风机相连接，引风机的排风口与助燃器连接。

下面结合附图及具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步的详细描述。
参照附图1和附图2，一种节能环保灶，其包括灶体10、灶面9和炉膛5，所述工作灶面9上设置有加热用的炉口3，所述灶面9上还设置有向炉膛5内输送空气(主要是氧气)的进风口1，同时，当消费者在做菜的时候，做菜所产生的油烟也可通过进风口1进入左进风管2，然后在引风机7的作用下进入炉膛5进行进一步燃烧处理，在消除废油烟的同时也产生了大量热量，既环保又能节约能源；使用时通过向所述炉膛5添加燃料燃烧后产生大量热量到达炉口3，同时，在炉膛5的外部包裹着一助燃器6，在保温的同时也可以防止炉膛5内的高温破坏炉体内部其他部件；所述灶面9上设置的烟道8能排放燃料燃烧时产生的废气等，同时产生的高温可烧掉油烟。
优选地，所述灶面9上可设置多个炉口3，以提高本实用新型的使用效率。
进一步地，所述炉口3可根据实际生产生活的需要而设计成不同的口径，以提高本实用新型的实用性。
进一步地，所述灶体内部左右两侧均设有进风管吸收油烟，并且右侧进风管一端与引风机相连接，引风机的排风口与助燃器相连，从而可使油烟在炉膛和助燃器内燃烧，达到环保效果。

1.一种节能环保灶，其特征在于：其包括灶体和一个或多个炉膛，所述灶体上设置有灶面，所述灶面上设置有与所述一个或多个炉膛对应的一个或多个炉口，所述灶面上设有进风口和伸入炉口内的烟道出口，进风口设置有进风管连接引风机，引风机再连接炉膛，所述炉膛外部包裹有助燃器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的节能环保灶，其特征在于：烟道出口设置在油烟管道口内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的节能环保灶，其特征在于：所述灶体内部左右两侧均设置有进风管。
4.根据权利要求3所述的节能环保灶，其特征在于：所述灶体内部右侧进风管一端与引风机相连接，引风机的排风口与助燃器连接。
